- Cockroach infested- Rats in the walls and toilets- Sewerage problems (never fixed)- Terrible communication and etiquette skills (doesnt take responsibility, lies, unwilling to help)- Broken things never get fixed long term eg: toilets, walls, ceilings (all fixed short term and break again within the next month due to incompetent maintenance and management)- and much more...Some of the reviews below are from staff/family of the owner which throws off the over all star rating under their name please so do not be deceived. Understandably, student accommodation in general is known to be... not the best. But the amount of problems you will face here is disheartening.

Staff, management and etiquette was shockingly poor. Infested with pests and maintenence is close to non existant. I highly recommend looking somewhere else.

Had a great time staying here whilst completing my studies - so many memories were made! Such a perfect location and so convenient that everything is also included!

Wont speak of the experience staying there. Tempted to, but Id rather point out that they have very poor email and phone etiquette.
