Great, great, great. U will recommend this place to everyone and anyone visiting Cape Town

Terrible customer service, they dont allow you to change your check in dates. And for a self catering service they dont offer you the option to do so due to them not having gas in their kitchen for stove usage. Even after communicating to them, they promised to deliver but never did. Yet they are quick to send you remembers to check out quickly before check out time. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. It brings stress rather than holiday peace of mind.

Super small apartments but the Table mountain view makes up for it. More convenient that its located inside a Shopping center 👌How awesome is that! 😁

Wonderful personnel! The company responsible for the building must get their maintenance of the three lifts in order. One is being fixed, while the other two work intermittently. Not good enough!! Great location and view.

Poor services 😢 I call like five time at the reception no one picks the call its was just crazy regret ever spending a night there.

Although the apartments are old, the location is prime. All the shops youll need right there.

The most beautiful place to stay... So neat and tidy, definitely referring friends and family to use this accommodation during the festive season.

This is not a place for human habitation. Imagine being on one of the floors and there is heavy construction (drilling, walls getting knocked down, etc) on 2 floors, up and down at the same time, while you are working from home due to COVID-19. This carries on for 5 hours a day everyday since I got here. There has been no rest. Sounds like fun? Come book or live here. This is the worst place I have ever lived by a million miles. Zero stars if I could, I would.

Close to the city centre, very affordable. So if you want a night out on Long street book a stay and be safe.

Too noisy. Drilling and banging on the walls coming from apartments upstairs. It was not fun. Never staying here again! Nice view though.

Came to Cape Town for a few days… Gardens Centre Holiday Apartments what a great find. Accommodation was very cost effective. My apartment had lovely views overlooking the city and harbour. Could also go grocery shopping in the Gardens Shopping Centre directly below the Apartments to buy food (as the apartments are self-catering). And if I felt a bit lazy, I could eat at the restaurants within the shopping centre or go to many restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended and they offer low rates.

This is one of the best places that I have stayed. The room was always clean. The receptionist lady was always helpful, welcome and friendly. I definitely will come back whenever I visit Cape town.

Very very good location! The place itself is okay. Nothing spectacular but the location is great! Everything worked though. Nothing was broken and the service was okay. Really good value for money! Walking distance to Long Street!

If you are picking an Airbnb to stay in Cape Town, this is it. Look no further. Like the description says this apartment has the most stunning view of Table Mountain. You can wake up to this view everyday. The apartment is also located just above the Gardens Shopping Centre. So you dont have to worry about getting a quick snack or a drink or parking. This space will amaze you for sure and for the price, its a steal.

There is a Pnp and a Woolworth in the Centre which is convenient, although, to my opinion, the Woolworth does not have an amazing selection of items. There is a Wellness warehouse in the Centre which becomes quite convenient when looking for more healthy/unusual ingredients. They also have a French and a German grocer for more specific and cultural ingredients.

I really enjoyed my stay and the reception was amazing. The service from the staff was professional and friendly. I wish the tv can have atleast few Supersport channels or Blitz alone. I love the space and the view at night

So much to offer... but the reconfiguration just dies not provide the level of service before the revamp. Whether it be access to parking machines or the German Butcher.... just not as good or efficient.

Our specific self catering unit clean & neat with Dstv full kitchen and bathroom with shower in Gardens shopping mall. Pricing okay for Cape Town.

I was shopping in the centre. It has always been a good shopping centre with some off beat shops not just - the normal selection. Yuppiechef has just opened a huge shop filled with interesting gadgets. There is a French cheese shop and a chocolatier . Many restaurants and coffee shops. A good bookshop and Woolworth and pick n pay.

Dated but good condition apartments, comfy and with warm staff. Paying for internet? Oof. Oh, and lots of broken lifts.

The person I was sharing the room with described its decor and furniture as A cheesy motel like the one from the Umbrella Academy (Netflix series) that transports you back into the 70s, but not in the good way. I tend to agree. Not enough power points in the room. Our friends in the other room did not have hot water and came to ours to shower. The windows did not latch completely so the noise of the Cape Town wind was everpresent. Did I mention that the room wasnt pretty inside? They gave the pair of us only one key for the room, which was frustrating having to coordinate key location whenever either of us wanted to go to the accommodation. I would not recommend staying here.

Well situated complex with variety of shops, offices and apartments.

I recently stayed at the Gardens Center Holiday apartments - booked for three nights, stayed for one. The worst accommodation in five weeks in SA. Smelled of stale smoke although it was supposed to be a non-smoking building. Wind noise and the percussion of a howling South East gale (common in the summer) was like trying to sleep in an artillery bombardment. Windows were screwed shut to prevent the wind from opening them. There was no air conditioning. Wi fi did not work. Mold in the bathroom and a roach crawling into my toiletry bag was the last straw! Terrible place that I would not recommend to anyone.

Good value for money self catering accommodation! Faced with some maintenance issues which took long to resolve by reception (damaged bed n stove not working ). The service is friendly and apt. This place is very close to an Indian restaurant (Vintage india ) so preferred my stay here for enjoying dinner there after a fully activ day in cape town.

The rooms have a terrible smell. The carpets are old and smelly. The ceiling is dirty with marks. Its like someone was smoking in the room for years. The shopping center is nice and neat.

Its okay. Convenient I guess for residents. The selection of stores is not that great especially on the fashion front.

No frills self-catering apartments, with all the convenience of living above a shopping centre and parking garage in the middle of Cape Town - use it as a base and Uber everywhere, youll save yourself a lot of headache in the parking bay desert of the city bowl.

Hi Stayed at 1406 Gardens centre holiday apartment from the 24th to the 27th. Its the 6th today and i am yet to receive the deposit they ask for.I did complain about how loud the windows get - actually sounds like they would break at any time.The host was friendly when we met; cannot comment on any other staff because we never got to see any.

Great apartments, good value for money. And located with the Shopping Centre.

Most of the time, one of the three elevators are not working. However, staff is friendly, apartments are a good size, view is amazing, and the location couldnt get better.
