I love this Pick ñ Pay. The staff is awesome. They also dont condone food wastage. Every day there is baskets of marked down fruit and vegetables that is still in good condition to use but would soon be non sellable. I love this for my smoothies. The bakery and deli are also the best.

Pleasant atmosphere and reasonable stock on shelfs some needs stock up otherwise ok experience, the cashiers need to talk less and concentrate on the customer and regesting the items, cashier and paker talking to much to each other and when you need to interrupt due to ask them a question its as they are doing you a big favour maybe more customer friendly training is seriously due this trend is being noticed at some other Pick n Pays as well maybe my next visit there will be a more pleasant atmosphere at the tills please let it be noted its not all the pick n Pays thank you.

This is a small, well stocked and well situated Pick n Pay in a small centre with lots of parking. A favourite of mine. All COVID protocols in place.

Staff was very helpful, when it started raining the gentleman held an umbrella for us and help us to our car.

One of the better Pick n Pays in the Durbanville area, but they dont always stock all the items you need due to their smaller size. Their cake slices not always fresh so I wont recommend but Sushi has always been excellent.

This is my favourite PnP! Well managed, clean and everything is especially neatly packed on the shelves. Not too busy, stock levels are good. They have quality meat options as well.

The staff is very friendly and they work very efficiently to make sure you get the best service all around.

Not a good first time experience. There were just too many rolltainers parked off all over the show without a trace of any staff member in attendance.

This store looks tired. Even the fresh veggies look tired. Prefer my other centre more on the Sonstraal Heights side.

Staff at the delicatessen area should be more pleasant and willing to assist customers instead of talking to the other staff behind the counter.

Every time I buy a pocket of potatoes/onions/tomatoes I’m disappointed as they’re off or there are only a few good ones left in the bag. 2. Incorrect merchandising. The products on the shelf do not reflect what you pay at the checkout.

Really disappointing Deli and Bakery. We just purchased some rolls now and the coney rolls were under cooked. The chicken strips has lost its flavour that had previously and was not tasty at all
