One of the best PnPs Ive shopped at, and I have shopped at many. Outstanding selection considering its moderate size, its not often I cant find what Im looking for. The staff are also always friendly and helpful. Big W.

Centrally located with plenty of off street parking. This Pick n Pay family store is nothing short of fantastic, and very well stocked for a medium sized Pick n Pay and you will almost certainly find what youre looking for here. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and courteous, always ready to offer a helping hand or guidance.

My favorite Pick and Pay... Its small but I never left disappointed. Staff are super friendly and always eager to help... The bakery is my favourite section. I dont always buy cakes at stores but I always make an exception here... And the baked bread and rolls are the best by far from any other store

I do like the fact that the manager is on the floor checking up during the day. Should one have a problem with any product the office door is just an eye away. Glad that they extended giving shoppers more space to move about. Good layout.

Loved it! The shop is kinda small in comparison to the PnPs Im used to but they had a great variety of goods. Parking is a bit tight though and people park funny but overall a pleasant experience for a first time visit. Sanitization on entry. Staff is very friendly. Will definitely go again. Also, long lines. Luckily I had 3 items so was able to go to the cigarettes counter. Service with a smile though so those things we can overlook.

A medium sized PnP which is a lot smaller than one expects. Do try and go when they are quiet as it can be very frustrating over a weekend. They are well stocked with a wide selection from cold to hot food items. There is parking infront and behind the building but do note that it can get really busy. The shop is wheelchair accessible. Recommend outside of peak hours only.

The most caring staff in the entire group. They go out of their way to be of service to you the customer. A welcoming environment to shop in and the quality of their products is a delight, money well spent. Do your shopping here you wont be sorry

I have been to this PnP since I was little. The tills are always all in use. The service from the people inside is really top quality. I get the sense that they do what they enjoy. Always happy to help and they always know what you want and know where to find it. It has never expanded since I started going there and has had the same homely feel to it. Top quality shopping experience. And it seems to have pretty much anything you would need from a general store.

Its really an unorganized mess...most of the staff mask hang on ther chin and most dont even cover ther nose...the isles is always unkempt with stock re packing and ther is hardly place for customers to walk

Ive been shopping in this store from the time pnp opened its doors in Gabriel Road, from day dot it was a corporate store now family and I was in my teens and now in my 60s....The store always has in stock what I need, the staff are always helpful and friendly, by the way I now travel from Lakeside to shop in your store❤️

I am fascinated by this place. They have very good service freshest meat products and their groceries are easy access. They are one of the cleanest stores. This is one store where the staff will treat you like a queen or a king love shopping here but only when my pocket suits me. I do get specials like the clothing store and they have good quality clothing.

This pick n pay is surprisingly good. Especially their meats, theyve always got a wide variety and well priced. The store looks small but the aisles are long and Ive never not got what I need when doing our weekly shopping there.

On entry compulsory:Mask, social distancing, hand sanitizer available. Great prepared cooked meals. In store bakery for fresh breads, rolls, pies. Cakes, milk tarts. Fresh vegetables, and fruit area. Shelves were stocked. Has an area infront of the tills, for coffee, tea. hot chocolate machine. Staff friendl. Fresh flowers also on sale. Pick n Pay clothing under the same roof. Wheelchair friendly. Free parking and disability parking available.

I always get FRESH ring donughts no matter what time..and today was no different..I appreciated the lady at the bakery saw 1 ring was smaller than the others and sweetly offered another 1..this is not the first time your staff has went out their way..thats why I always choose your store weekly..xoxo

A bid disappointed, came vissit family member at Victoria hospitale. It was his birthday yesterday. We wanted to buy scones. To our surprise there were none. They did not bake anny.

What personal service this small family run store provides! Just ask and they will get you what you need. Today they didnt have sufficient non alcoholic Savannah in stock. No problem....someone went to the nearby PNP liquor outlet to fetch a case for me! Without me asking! I just love this store! Highly recommended.

Always a good experience. The staff are mostly happy and you can see and feel it. They have everything you need, literally everything and anything. This does however make the store a little cramped.

The shop is very clean and products are easy to find. The staff is amazing. They sell great quality fresh produce too.

This place is not as suitable as it should be. I used to be a regular customer at this shop but it has changed alot. Firstly I bought some cheese and a week later it is mouldy please check the picture below. Secondly the staff tells me I must unpack my own basket even though it is right inl front of them. And thirdly if someone calls me ma or auntie again Im gonna scream!!!! The staff have no way to speak to a costumer. And its not all just some. If I tell them not to call me ma they ask me then what should I call you. How rude!! I dont even like to shop there anymore so I go to constansia instead. I suggest that you teach your staff some life skills.

Shelves were empty. Narrow aisles blocked by workers trying to fill shelves. 8.30am. This store is too small to work this way. No chicken at all. No bread. First time I have ever been disappointed by this store.

We went to Cafe Dulce. The service provided by our waitress was absolutely top-notch. The only small reason for my not giving you 5 stars this time is that you did not have anything sweet on your menu such as carrot cake or icecream.

The store is very clean; especially now that we’re in the pandemic stage. We always get what we want Because their shelves are always stocked. The staff is very friendly and willing to help and assist.
