Poor experiance and bad approach by on duty manager, my compliant was whilst buying beer and in the fridge approx 7 persons came in and I could not complete my purchases, I complained to a staff member who said nothing could be done about it.At the line to the till no distance despite marks on the floor.my complaint resulted in myself being told not to refer to the party concerned as guys but customers. therefore we who are daily customers feel that the badly behaved customers are more important to you. as for the manager on duty requires some training.

All products is always neatly packed and shelves always full. Bakery division is outstanding. Cold meats is also off high quality. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Really well-run Pick n Pay, with a good selection in a compact space. Well stocked, with helpful and smiling staff. Free underground parking offsets the somewhat busy parking lot.

This is not my local PnP but if I am in the area Ill pop in to get some essentials if needed. This PnP is situated in a complex that has boutiques, restuarants and some other shops too. Its a lovely, neat and tidy store and staff are always friendly. The store always seems to be well stocked, serving the affluent estates in the area. Parking seems adequate for the complex as Ive never had to struggle for a space but then again Ive never been there during peak periods.Make sure you have R2 if you need to use the public toilet.

There were quite a number of things that I need that are not stocked. Very clean store with efficient and good natured staff. Night and day compared to the PnP near Muizenberg.

I really enjoy shopping at the Pick n Pay family stores so much more than the corporate stores. The store and staff are like a big happy family and welcome you into the store to be a member of their family. A good selection of goods, meats and fruit/vegetables always fresh and of good quality in a neat and clean store. I always enjoy shopping here. Thank you.

I like to shop here when I have time to do shopping, everything is fresh, from bakery to butchers meat.

Donovan, Conrad and the team are truly superb and unique for business was like this. Donovan will always go out of his way for you and his team are nothing short of attentive and helpful.I won’t shop anywhere else and if they don’t have it, I’ll change my meal for that day if need be.Forget what you think about supermarkets and big businesses, these 2 legends run a store that makes you feel like you’re shopping at your small village local grocer.

This is quite a small shop but most definitely stocks everything you need. The hot food section has an awesome selection to choose from. They also have a wonderful fresh flower stall - prices are very reasonable. Over and above everything else the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

As seems to be the case with most stores in South Africa Ive been to recently, the facilities available for anyone not traditionally able bodied are lacking.I went in on my crutches today and two things were instantly apparent to me: firstly, had I been in my chair it would have been physically impossible to turn through 180° in any aisle; and secondly, had I been in my chair I could not have used any of the store trolleys. Again, a disgrace in the 21st Century that not one wheelchair trolley was available in store.The staff were exceptional in their desire to assist me, going so far as to serve me from the self-serve salad bar as I was unable to balance and reach across the very well stocked selection myself.Is it really so difficult for a store these days to have fully accessible shelves and wheelchair friendly trolleys and checkouts? Do those of us with different abilities really have to wait for basic decency to be enshrined as recognised human rights before the tiny changes - just 5cm to 10cm width extra on every checkout for example to allow wheelchair users to use any checkout - are made?I only have one leg. Im still human.

The staff are always amazing and friendly... Always buy my meat here...they have awesome specials on their meat for years now...the blockman and staff that assist him do a great job in cutting and packing my lamb.
