Been struggling to get a recreational import permit for 4 Months now. All paper work handed in and paid. No answer to phones or replies emails. Got to the department building just to hear everyone is working from home and only way to reach them is via email ( The same ones I have constantly been mailing the past 4 months).

Dont even have the decency to answer a telephone call at 14h10 closing 15h00.Looks like they never got to open.There does not seem to be Protection of Marine life anymore.Its just a money making racket.
