We were dealing with Brian initially who was giving us great service. He gave us a price and an estimated time for work to be completed. After costing out our job, we made contact with Millroy and spoke with Oren. Oren then gave us a MUCH higher price. I called Oren to discuss. Whilst trying to explain the situation Oren constantly cut me off and tried to over power the conversation. His words were I am not here to lose money after boasting it is his company and he has been in the business way longer than Brian. He then advised me well you should have gotten a quote (which I already did). At this point out of frustration I said this is bull sh^^ service. I should not have sworn so that is wrong on my part. I’m so confused at how someone who boasts it’s their business cannot take responsibility for an issue as a leader, but rather push blame to the client. Ridiculous actually.
