Just wonderful, thank you!The team were also incredibly good with their timings, after measuring the window they said they would be back to fit it after getting it cut by about 12.30 and they were outside the flat by 12.49pm. (Pretty impressive.)They were so friendly and quick and went out of their way to lubricate the sliding door which tend to get sticky by the coast. They even offered great advice on the best product to use to when it starts to stick again, all the while stating this is just part of the service, they like to do a proper job! Good to know customer service is not dead! Really appreciate the great service and competitive rates! While I hope I dont have to get in touch anytime soon to fix any cracked glass, I will definitely recommend your services to anyone in need!

I have tried calling, emailing, and so has my kitchen designer and have received ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE. it is really really bad service and frustrating. All I want is for someone to respond and measure so that I can complete my kitchen splash backs. Any ideas how to make that happen?

Good service, and turn around time. They communicated with me throughout the production of my order to make sure it was exactly what I needed.

They quoted one rate but charged a different amount. After they installed thicker glass than requested. Without getting approval first. Wouldnt use them again. That defeats the point of getting a quote.
