I had to get an inspection done for Outsurance as I insured my runnabout with them, one is given 30 days to have an inspection done, I googled the nearest inspection centre doing inspections for Outsurance and found Pg Glass Tokai to be it. Situated on the corner of Main and Tokai roads Tokai, in the same complex where you will find Kentucky amongst others.One can see their sign as you approach the robot from Retreat side. Parking is ample but bustling.It took me less than 5 minutes to find and reach them with the help of Google Maps, I entered the premises and enquired at reception as to the inspection, the friendly lady informed me it took around 5 minutes and enquired if I had the policy number with me and stated that Yanga, one of their inspectors will be with me shortly as he was wrapping up an inspection at the time.In no time Yanga accompanied me to my vehicle and proceeded to carry out the inspection, he was courteous and friendly also very efficient, in less than 5 minutes it was all done and informed me they will send it on to Outsurance,What a wonderful experience, in the past week I had very bad service from 2 other businesses, it was refreshing to see one cannot paint everyone with the same brush, well done PG Glass Tokai, top marks to you, so if you need an insurance inspection visit PG Glass Tokai for friendly efficient service.

I came for an insurance inspection and although i forgot my policy number the manager Lee Ann went out of her way to make it happen so i did not have to came back. Dont forget your policy number when you go for a insurance check up !!!!
