Extremely poor service and empty promises. I placed an order for a 350 x 355 x 3mm tempered glass sheet and paid for it same day on the 14th of Aug 2021. As it stands now I still dont have a answer as to where my glass order is. I phone them every day and every day I get told someone will phone me back with zero response. This place is a joke. Today is the 31st of Aug 2021... No glass in site with no answer as to when I will get my glass. Best of all is on the day I placed the order and paid for the glass they told me that it will take 3 to 5 days....

Literally had to walk deep into the warehouse to get the attention of someone.After I paid, I had to ask numerous people on who can assist me with the cutting as per the quote.I had to enter the non authorized area to eventually get someone to cut it. Bad service. Ordered a glass door for my kitchen. I had to phone them several times to find out if they are finished. Got the glass door eventually and it was all wrong. Phoned them back and they said they ill get back to me, 4 weeks later and I am still waiting.I did fit the door as I had nothing else but as I said it was wrong. The hinges came out of the door when my daughter opened it and the door fell on her hurting her really badly.S@#$t service.
