I had a little issue with something that was done incorrectly but you guys got back to me fast and sent your guys out to me the following morning and sorted out the problem. Go Green Design installed an aluminum stack back door for me in December 2016. The door arrived with some defects & was poorly installed. I asked the rep to please come out & have a look.The installations manager was sent out to check out my snag list. Before he had even taken a look he was making excuses, so I asked him to please leave & I contacted the owner of the Company Gideon van Eeden.It took several reminders to get him to come & have a look, but once he had been to look, Gideon agreed to sort out the door.Again it has taken several reminders from me to get the team out to sort out the door. It is the 23rd of March 2017, they have been here for two days.They arrived on the first day without all the bits required to do the work & as a result had to come back the next day. the Manager once again tried to tell me that he had replaced parts that he had in fact refitted.I am very frustrated! I chose this company as I thought I would get the kind of personal service one receives from a smaller business.Go Green Design, I am very disappointed!
