Martin was the only repairer in this city who was able and willing to help me with a repair on the kitchen door on the same day... and within 30 minutes of contacting him!!! I called this gentleman asking for an indicative rate for 1 square metre of light blue glass flashback, and he was unable to even give an estimate price. He said he did a quote for 900 x 800 the previous day, and does lots of quotes, so is unable to give an indicative rate without prices in front of him. I should wait till Monday and its 345pm on Friday. Third world service.

Great service. Custom-cut a small glass part while I waited, and didnt charge me. Ill be back if and when I next need glass cut (and, of course, not for nothing next time)!

Friendly efficient service. I visited needed a glass cut for a wood fireplace. Reception was attentive and got helped quickly. Would recommend this place for all glass cutting work.

Phenomenal service and work. It is seldom that a company says they will phone you back and do, they did. It is just as rare to ask a company to be there at a certain time and they are, they were. The lady that arranged it was both friendly and professional. Excellent is an understatement, phenomenal service.

With a friendly receptionist, while-you-wait rather accurate cutting work, my experience here was a good one.Only taking a broken sample, the guys were able to cut it to size first time...Though, in the light of customers waiting in front, the mannerism of some of the staff working in the back can do with some improvement.Overall, Id make return should I ever need some glass replaced.
