Bought a marked down patio set for R2,500. On scheduling the delivery I was told that a mistake was made and that the set was already sold to someone else and that there are no similar sets available.Yes, they apologized. Yes, they offerred me an insulting 10% discount on any of their other R10,000+ patio sets. Fact remains I had to leave without a paid for patio set, couldnt afford anything else and had to wait 5 days for a refund of my money. Would also have appreciated a managers opinion/apology in the matter.Situation was badly dealt with. Wont recommend or support again.
