I am disgusted by the service i received from Llewellyn . He is the manager for best home and electric Parow and his service is POOR. I phoned in on Thursday November 26 with regards to a couch i wanted, he said he will call me back as he wants to see what he can do for me. it was almost closing time for them i called back and he was busy with a client and said he will call me back. One of the sales Rep called me back and took my details and they got my info wrong i waited on an email to payment yet no response. I decided to go to the branch as i really wanted the Miranda couch. Llewellyn called around to see if he can get me the couch in the color i want but did not succeed. I then saw the Stacey couch and told him i would like that one. He said he can call Lewis and request it, okay i waited with my spouse and 5 month old baby probably for an hour and then he came back amd said he will call me as he is waiting on this guy from Lewis to respond on whether they have stock of the Stacey couch. He still hasnt called me. I mean for a manager to give such poor Customer service and promising a customer to call back then doesnt and also creating an expection!!!. Llewellyn has poor communication skills and cannot keep his promise and will damage the company brand due to his poor work ethic. I dont advise customers to make business with this branch if a manager behaves like this what does that say about his team.
