Absolutely incredible and friendly service from Adrian and the Bellville team. From the moment I placed my order, right up to the wonderful delivery by Rodney and Justin, wow wow wow!! Im so happy with my new mattress, will definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for great products and great service!

Great service since day 1 of placing the order. I mostly interacted with Adrian and he was very helpful and answered any questions or queries swiftly! The bed frame was not yet in stock, so we had to wait a couple of weeks, but they were transparent about it from the beginning and kept us in loop on the progress and eventually it did arrive very close to the initial estimated date. The delivery teams service was also very good, they are flexible in terms of dates and times (to an extent) and call you about an hour before making the delivery, ensuring everything is in order, making it much easier to plan your day. Its also no problem for them to set up/build the frame upon delivery, provided you specifically ask. As far as the frame and mattress are concerned, we have not had it for long, but so far so good. Would recommend!

Outstanding service received from Garth, even when I wanted to change my new mattress for another! And the two delivery guys who initially delivered my bed, were outstanding. They were friendly, yet very professional, and so helpful. They set up the new bed completely, and even carried out a queen-sized mattress (which I couldnt move) to make room for the new bed. I highly recommend this company.

100% recommended!!!! I must honestly say that I had the best experience ever. We purchased a bed during March, but never unwrapped it until we moved into our new house in August. When we unwrapped the mattress, we found a factory defect which would not have been noticed without removing the wrapping. We attempted to make contact with the sales person, however, she was on leave. Adrian jumped right to our rescue and assisted us with a swift exchange without any issues. Such a fantastic experience, ordered online, they phoned me right after to check whether I had seen certain other mattresses which were the same quality but at a better price and then I made up the balance with other products. I ordered a bed online, and from placing the order it was an excellent experience. Tamryn Ellison was very helpful in meeting my specific requirements which they went out of their way to cater for. They delivered the bed on the same day as the order. The guys in the warehouse were also excellent, and I take my hat off to the guys who delivered the bed late in the day in very heavy rain. A very good experience!

The man delivering my mattress went above and beyond what he was supposed to do! I couldnt be there to collect my mattress in Stellenbosch at 17h00 so he went out of his way to accommodate me and went to another delivery that must have set him back at least 40 mins before he came back a second time to drop my mattress off. His name is Gerrit and he deserves a raise!
