We have used Freshly Delivered in the past and have always had excellent service as well as fruit and veg of the highest quality. Today for the first time we had a small problem with one item of fruit. I have been so incredibly impressed by the service and response from the staff when I contacted them to tell them about it. Within an hour of my items being delivered I was sent a gift voucher, after I had sent them a photo of the problem, to use next time I shopped which I most certainly will do. I was given a choice of a full refund for the items or I could have new items delivered the following day. I chose the gift voucher as I really didnt want them to come all the way out here again just to deliver one item. I also received a phone call and an e-mail from one of the managers to apologise for the problem. This is service of the highest quality. It is said that the quality of the service is measured not by how good it is when things are going well, but how they deal with things when there are problems. After this, I will definitely continue to order from Freshly Delivered.

Delivered the next day by courteous, friendly young men. Two minor problems were addressed efficiently and speedily. Telephonic communication very professional.
