We havent had the chance to eat in the restaurant since being back in SA but get takeaways twice a week and love the dishes. The flavours and aromas are some of the most authentic Indian dishes we have found. Well priced and snappy service, love it! If you ask for extra extra hot you will get too, which is great.

A different culinary experience! Delicious, flavourful dishes. Prompt service. We were there on a Monday afternoon so hardly any other patrons. Well worth a return visit.

Shockingly bad. Food was tasteless and cold too! Table for 4, all 4 meals were terrible. When we complained, no apology from management was given. Absolutely disappointing experience.

We have had several very delicious meals at the Royal. Service is fast and efficient and portions are very adequate. I hope more people will become patrons.

You go here for the food.The food was exceptional and made up for the very uncomfortable seats in the booth.We ordered a very big variety of dishes as they were all splendid. The fish dishes stole the show. It was perfectly cooked and not overdone.

We love our Indian, and this new gem called Royal didnt disappoint! Great menu. Very clean. Waiter trying his best. Food was excellent - flavorsome!! Highly recommend. Definitely coming back. Go check it out.

Deliciously fresh curry. We ordered a Rogan Josh lamb takeaway and it was amazing!

Of the 3 take away order I had 1 was enjoyable and that was the garlic nan bread.The chili bites was more of a potato/carrot bite, no chili what so ever to be seen or tastedThe prawn vindeloo main was the worst. The prawns where off making the dish extremely fishy and none edible.Do they use the worst leftovers for the takeaway meals?Never again especially for the amount of money you pay

The best Indian cuisine in SA

We ordered about 10 different dishes. The papadums were stale and most of the meats were really tough. Some of the sauces were quite tasty, but the naan breads were also really chewy. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Good service, friendy informative staff and good value for money. Excellent food!
