Pizzas are awesome but staff not very welcoming. Very cold atmosphere... Too afraid to ask about menu as it seems staff feels u should get on with ones order. Manager not very friendly... I guess his not a bad guy but comes across very cold. No advice on specials etc Thanks...

Top service... massive dining area

Always pleased by the Pizzas here but could definitely work on being a little quicker.

The food ia great but the service is terrible. Did an online order and it says 90 min then after 90 min I call and they tell me,with very bad attitude, 2 hours. Then when I ask questions the lady got annoyed with me. She half heartedly apologized after not listening to what I was asking. I live around the corner from this location and I dont have access to transport so the delivery seemed like a good option. Next time Ill use UBEReats much better delivery service and I wont have to contact the store directly and deal with them.

This is my great Aunts favourite pizza place and I must agree they serve up pretty delicious pizzas with awesome deals , our once a month lunchtime date buying 2 large pizzas for R129 is super cheap, thick base pepperoni and a thick base chicken and mushroom, delicious

Waited long but it was worth the wait

Ordered a small classic cheese pizza via Mr D for collection. Arrived at the estimated collection time. Ended up having to wait an additional 40min for my order. The service at this branch is pathetic and the system is stupid. Avoid this branch.

Bought the small pizza for a quick lunch on the go.pizza took 10 mins ,was very filling and for the price i would recommend it

First time visiting Romans pizza. Food was good 7/10. Place was dirty with papers, pizza boxes all over. Please ask staff to make sure the place is clean

Staff need schooling in customer relations. If you prepared for a 45 min wait after having been told 20 to25 min and desperate for their products from staff with no customer manner, go for it. Pity no other halal Romans around. Hardly performance expected from a franchise.Kudos to Romans and Waheed for addressing the failure once posted and appreciating the feedback.Kids are really pleased that Romans is once again on the list of options as they enjoy the pizza.The responsiveness and maturity in dealing with the issue is considerably appreciated and bodes well for enhanced customer satisfaction.

Pizza not too bad. Did not enjoy the base and the texture is like bread.

Always enjoy the thick base pizzas at Romans. The pizza base is always airy and light with a pretty decent compliment of toppings. Romans Pizza run regular specials and when they do they are rocking busy. Please note you’ll end up waiting between 35-45 minutes in store while promo specials are running.It would be better to have an updated system to notify customers of their orders instead of a staff member shouting out the number.
