Id take the spice level one down from what youd normally order. This is Indian spicy levels, not the usual cape Malay levels we are used to. Very well braai open flamed chicken.

A childhood favorite. Theyve added garlic naan to the menu. So instead of driving out to Rylands for garlic naan, you can get it here. Well made too.I ordered 2 very tasty Chops and chips with salad which was superb with the garlic naan. Altaaf has grown grey hairs, but the food is still fantastic.

Altafs is okay. I expected it to be better than other Tikka braai places, however it didnt give me any wow experience. When placing order, no eagerness to assist nor to take the order. I find this pricing on their items are more expensive than other places in the surroundings to Altafs. I feel a bit unsafe as the individuals loitering around the place makes it uncomfortable to just stand and wait on your food. Overall, I think Altafs can be a great contender for Tikka Braai Chicken but needs some work to be done with some changes.

Decided to give Altafs a try yesterday, and found that I was neither disappointed nor excited by what I had received. Though the chicken was obviously coated in spice, it seemed to lack flavour and only packed a whole lot of heat. There was, however, this overwhelming taste of lemon that one could not escape.Overall the chicken was decent, the portions are reasonable and the prices are meh.

Best Tikka chicken in the area. I buy the x hot quarter breast piece, chips, salad and roll. Another nice one for the kids is the vienna chip roll.

Boerewors roll no onions🙈they should offer onions...the customer can decide yes or no onions. Ridiculous prices. Wont return. On the plus side you dont have to wait long for your food.

Best Quarter Chicken breast if eaten. Normally buying it in HOT flavour with chips and salad, u get a roll with it. Fills me up for R50. If i wana spoil myself i get the tbone steak with chips and salad (HOT flavor), this is sometimes large or sometimes medium size, depends if u lucky or not. But always tasty. R60

Didnt enjoy the mutton salomi. Was too salty and tasted powdery. The meat was dry and stringy. Didnt enjoy at all. I was very disappointed
