Why cant we call first to see availability and turn around time! Cellphones are too valuable to have to wait 2 days for an assessment and then who knows how long for the insurance approval before the repair period even begins!!!

Handed my mac in on the Sunday, was promised to get a call on the Tuesday.... nothing, waited for Wednesday and then started calling all the wefix numbers i could find on google, nobody seems to answer their phones at any of the branches. Then head office promises the manager will call back, 2 hours, still nothing..... very disappointing.I am hoping they are going to surprise me and give me a great service with repairs that are better than their customer service.

Very bad shopping experience at wefix Canal walk. Firstly I got a different verbal price quoted when handing in my gear 2 strap replacement. Then I got only one side replaced with original pattern of strap. I requested on the job card in writing a different pattern. When speaking to the manager I was told the can take the strap off again. No feeling of having done something wrong.

Registered a claim. Trying to get hold of them but none of the phones work. Used their online booking option but no one came back to me as stated when I did the booking. Never again. Gonna phone discovery. I refuse to use them

I have been trying to contact all of cape towns branches! Nobody answers the phone !!Im forced to go to the Pakkies and fix my iPhone...at least i would get speedy service ! and a speedy turn around time

My iPhone went in for repairs on the 30th July 2019..... used the phone for about 2 weeks the phone became sensitive to touch and the screen cracked again.... took the phone back on the 23 October 2019 only got my phone on the 28th October 2019.... came home charged the phone and on the 29th October 2019 took it off charge and there was a crack in the screen!!!!😡 I contacted wefix the same day I also emailed them photos of my phone..... today 0 october 2019 I received an email to say that the willing to give me 15%off my screen replacement....what the hell... I then contacted them to say I dont accept their offer and that they should atleast give 50% off.... I received another offer of 30% off which I rejected aswell and I feel now that they should replace it without any cost to me.... i just paid to have it fixed and not even 15hours after collecting it there was a crack in the screen ......

Shocking customer service. I have tried contacting every Cape Town branch by phone, and no answer from any of them. I have called each branch twice for 3 minutes each, and head office 3 times for 5 minutes each, all with no answer. This is ridiculous.I managed to get through to a branch in Durban, who promised to get someone to call me from Cape Town – this was over a day ago.I guess Ill take my repairs (and my money) elsewhere.

Worse service dont trust your phones with these incompetent thieves. Broke my sons phone after battery replacement request. On Saturday 25 May 2019 i took my sons iphone into your call branch. The phone was working and charging fine. It wud just not stay charged for long(battery depleted fast) which indicated to me. That i needed to do a battery replacement. The phone was dropped off at 12:15 and booked in. That same evening i received a message that they do not have stock of batteries for my sons phone despite me emailing them prior to taking the phone in to the store. They then advised me that they will find put on Monday how long it will take to get more stock. Being that your service level agreement says 90 mins to replace batteries. I though this was excessive. So on Sunday morning i collected my the phone to take it to your waterfront branch. I checked the phone in at your waterfront branch At 10:15. After confirming that they have stock to do a battery replacement. At 12pm i cllef and advised that the phone is not ready. An hour and 45 mins after checking in my phone. I was told i wud get a call back. At 12:20 I received a call advising me that the phone is ready for collection. On collection i was advised that there is nothing that can be done for the phone as it is completely dead. This was a shock to me as the phone was working on Saturday morning and was fully functioning. With the only issue being that the battery would drain to fast. I am beyond annoyed as it is clear that ur staff at the canal walk and waterfront branch are completely incompetent and not only unable to follow up on stock availablity but also have technicians who are amazing at breaking good phones rendering them completely useless.

Bought a One Day Only voucher for a replacement battery for my IPone 6 . No stock for 4 x weeks ? Am being told by the staff at We Fix to rather go to Digi Cape ? Seriously and what happens to the voucher I bought ? Who do I speak to about a refund of my voucher because I paid for a batery replacement and am now left with empty promises !!!!!!
