I was looking for a working device specifically one that’s not slow and has an easy user interaction. Not much asked, right? One of the employees assisted and said that the iPad that I was already looking at was the best option. I asked him if there were any other devices he would reconmend, he simply replied, No, this is the only one. I nodded politely and said thanks and took a look for myself in the shop. He was simply just LAZY! There were plenty others that he couldve reconmend. Poor service.

Darren the Tech guy is one of the most ridiculous Customer Service Reps I have ever encountered.I felt that he disturbingly held my computer, which was only a few months old, hostage for over 3 months.. it went on and on forever...It was weird, esp for IC, and I am certain that he approached my concerns with unkind assistance.I see that his service reputation online is pretty substandard too. Avoid the store.

There is a reason why they have less than 4 stars. Even that 3.5 is being generous. If it was up to me they would have received 0 stars. This company cost my mom over R6000 over a mistake that they made and instead of rectifying that they thought a lousy R250 voucher would make up for that. The worst part about this is that you would think that people at Headquarters such as the Anthony that I spoke to would have rectified the error that the store managers who are as dishonest and hot tempered as they come but the moment they found out the many errors that the store managers made such as attempting to bribe my mom by giving her her insurance money back instead of a new phone they stopped replying to my emails. I cant emphasize how dishonest, unprofessional the people here are but specifically Deter and Beulah. So if you want an organization that stands for that then go forth.

One of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune of crossing paths with. Not only are the store managers called Beulah and Deter at this branch incompetent and dishonest but they are also quite unprofessional. We thought the store manager was bad but the actual other manager Beulah is just as bad. They failed to Rica my moms phone and when she ended up losing her phone they had the audacity to try and blame it on her as if it was her fault for their incompetence. They acknowledge that they messed up but still refuse to fix their mistake. As a result of them failing to Rica her phone, she can not claim and get another phone. They messed up and basically told my mother that Yes we messed up but we are not going to rectify our mistake so you will just have to sort yourself out or take it up with legal. Truly appalling. If you are looking to get scammed then go forth and choose this appalling company.

What an unprofessional and incompetent team that works at this company. You would think the managers at this store would be able to reprimand their employees when they mess up but it is clear that the fish rots from the head. With people like Beula and Deter or whatever that store managers name is is no wonder they have 3.5 stars. I would not advise anyone to get anything from this especially insurance. If you are looking to be scammed and have your time wasted then this is the perfect company for you.

Incredible Connection is not incredible at all. The company failed to rica a sim card which led to them not being able to track and block the phone. This company is so dishonest they turned the whole around and asked my aunt did you see anyone rica your sim card like clients are supposed to stand behind the employee who took their ID to see them Rica the SIM card.The management (Buelah and Deter) are rude, bad tampered, unreliable, unprofessional, dishonest and just plain conniving.Although maintaining that the company did nothing wrong, Deter tried to bribe my aunt by offering to pay her back her insurance premium instead of replacing her lost insured phone. When questioned about this he claimed this was from his heart.Buelah, the store manager pretended to understand and want to help then turned around and lied about calling the necessary people.This is the same person who blatantly ignored an official complaint laid against Deter.If you want poor service and dishonest management, go to Incredible Connection Tygervalley store!!

I am very disappointed in the concern the team and management has for a fraudulent account that was opened up in my fathers name over a month ago. The Vodacom team and management know what signs to look for when fraud is being committed. Vodacom has since been in contact with my father about paying his account, and if this matter isnt sorted out HIS credit record will look poor and it will be due to YOUR incompetence. YOUR store opened up the false account, YOUR store should be sorting it out. I have been on the phone for hours with multiple people, all just playing the blame game and transferring me to the next person. Your store had all our details, info and proof of this fraud too!

Apparently Darren has my laptop repaired and up and running. There is a problem. He tried to load the Canon 800DSLR software on my laptop but did not want to upload. He told me I must bring my camera with the my cable to connect up to my laptop to download the Canon software. When I got home I checked to see if my camera has serial number on it but apparently it does not have one but it is on the box. Do you think Darren will be still able to upload my canon software on laptop despite the fact that there is no serial number on my camera but the number is on the box if I bring my camera to connect up to the internet?

I bought two GSM sim cards from the store. They then told me that they RICAd at the store (they supposedly made copies of my ID, proof of residence) only to find out later that they never RICAd the sim cards.When I phoned the first time they told me that the person that does RICA is only back tomorrowThe second time I phoned Merisha (tried to disguise her name) put down the phone on me.The third time I spoke to the store manager she said she will reprimand the employee. (Yes, sure).Long story short I ended up going somewhere else to RICA.I have never bought something at this place without having some issue. In the end I am seriously annoyed with myself for going back, even after I promised myself I wont.Dont make the same mistake, save you sanity and stay away from this place.

Shocking service. Ordered a laptop from them on the 12th of Feb. They told me the laptop is in stock at Cavendish, and that I can pick it up on Monday the 22nd. I phoned them on Monday to follow up on my laptop and they told me that the laptop has been sold, they need to order one from a branch in Durban and that the laptop from Durban will be at their store on the 17th. Phoned them on the 17th, laptop has been sold to someone else so they have to send me one from Centurion. I followed up Yesterday (18th) where the laptop is and I get no reply. Phoned this morning (19th) to follow up, where the phone was put down on me twice. Eventually when I got through to the sales agent, he tells me they cant track the parcel with the courier company, so they dont know where the laptop is. Shocking service!! Wont purchase from this branch again!

Took in a laptop that was a few months old.They technical guy said they will replace the laptop. We took it in the 2nd week of November 2020. No feedback received since then. Called the shop and was put on hold for over 10min just for no information given back regarding the replacement or even repair.Poor service! They dont even give you an update. Wont be back there again.

If you walk in...ask for Corbin. To me, he’s the most polite and professional employee around. He’ll assist you gladly AND go above and beyond to get your massive TV into your car...even if your car isn’t parked in the Mall’s parking area, but parked above it past the hospital :) He’s excellent. You won’t be disappointed.

So I called them in the morning to ask if they had the product that I wanted. They said yes they have 4. I ask if they can keep one for me because I work in Stellenbosch and can only come get it at 6. They said no problem. I drive through in peak traffic to get my product from Stellenbosch just so they can tell me to my face we sold it, sorry. Just call me next time so I dont waste my time and money.

Came in to buy an very expensive set of earbuds and I wanted some information about their policies before making the purchase. They were priced 25% higher than other stores but the only one with stock so I was expecting good customer care.I called the previous day asking for them to keep one pair aside for me. I came in and asked for the consultant which would have kept it. The person took me to him and this person looked up with a unfriendly What do you want look with a side of dont bother me. I explained to him I called yesterday with regards to the earbuds and no response. I then went to give the model number and name and I think he remembered the price and all of the sudden it was the quickest tone shift I have ever seen. He was helpful and friendly.I asked him basic questions about the warranty policy and so which he awnsered. I proceeded to ask about returns if I dont like the product (Due to these earbuds being 5000rand (4000 in other stores) I wanted to make sure I can return them if I really did not like them). He said he is sure I can but asked an employee which said earbuds can not be returned. He proceeded to asure me they cant deny me due to consumer laws and they took returns of apple earbuds pro (law states you have 7 days and may pay up to 25% for repackaging). I then asked him if I can ask the manager this as he would have final say.I waited a solid 20min for the manager to talk to him and they went into the store room for 10min talking or something. After the total 30min of waiting the manager came and told me they took no returns for earbuds (against comsumer law(earbuds is not on the exclusion list like underwear for example). I did not decide to argue about it as I was getting tired of this. So I stated I wont buy n product for 25% more and have less assurances than any other store and left.I ended up getting them from another store after 1.5week waiting for stock and I love the earbuds.I will never attempt to buy a product from them again due to how unprofessional they are regarding their policies, getting different awnsers from different sales consultants.

Phone constantly rings. Even after eventually being picked up, technical/repair department cant be bothered to pick up phone ringing for more than 3 min. Was in shop yesterday and know for fact they had more than 4 people in that department yesterday. Dont bother with this bunch unless they the only ones have a specific item for purchase readily available.

Dont buy something online and try to return it despite what they say on their website. You take it to the branch and they dont seem to know what to do with the item. They ask you to leave it with them and someone will get back to you. The item has gone into a black hole and no reply from then whatsoever ever despite multiple emails to follow up.

Called to reserve a game 30min before closing time. The reason I called is because I live in the Southern Suburbs I knew I wouldnt be there in time.Sales Clerk said he will put it a side for me and I can collect in the morning. I drove all the way to tygervalley from Ottery the next morning only to find the Sales Clerk had the day off and never informed any of the working staff about my reservation, he didnt even label it and put it aside. Because it was the last copy I ended up driving till there for nothing.
