I have been visiting the MTN store many times, I really like going there on my free time.The atmosphere is mostly Zen as you wait hours for a rep to help you.Well, help, is a big word. Tomorrow latest is their favorite answer. I have been hearing that for two weeks, until the Sales Rep decided to simply ignore my text and calls.Oh, and dont even try to call them with the number they put online, its outdated. Very smart, for a Telco.

Seems like a mixed bag of experiences in the reviews below. My 2 cents; a very pleasant experience with the young lad who helped me. Very clear, efficient, knowledgeable and professional service. Was in and out within 10 minutes with a new sim card and my list of queries answered.

The type of customer service I received from Uwaiz at MTN Gardens Center was truly spectacular. He saw to all my needs and queries. Will definitely refer my friends and family to MTN Gardens Center for the best service in Cape Town.

I had great service from this store yesterday. The lady who assisted me was very knowledgeable and quickly helped me to choose the best option for a contract after explaining it patiently. I called back with a question today and again they were quick and able to assist.

Totally inefficient. A month later and they admit they put in the incorrect number. That is after so many messages and emails over the last few weeks asking about the contract. With the CORRECT number written on the email. And they still didn’t pick up they had the wrong one. Appalling.

Brilliant service from all the staff, most of the other MTN stores Ive been to have been terrible.

I like going to gardens they have 45 mins free parking on the deck. Save r10.00 which i can buy a bread with the money or a litre milk .

The worst service I have ever received from an MTN branch. I returned a phone under warranty on 2 July, 6 months later its still not processed. Completely unhelpful staff with empty promises and zero communication skills.

These guys working there currently just sounded like they didnt want to do their job. Gave me stories instead of actually trying to help. And the store was empty.I ended up going to the Waterfront branch and they took 5 minutes to sort me out and I was on my way.

I had a great service experience from Daynin today. He was friendly, efficient, professional and a real gentleman. He is also very knowledgable about his products. 2 years ago i said ill never again bother coming to this branch, this year i thought im sure they must have employed more competent staff by now.Sure enough, the store did get some new staff ~the problem is that these ones are even more rude, arrogant & incompetent than the previous gang!!it almost seems like theyre working here against their will & they clearly have ZERO social skills...REALLY MTN??this is a Prime example of what happens when a company becomes too big to care about delivering quality service.i will be switching to a new service provider when this contract is over...• FOOL ME ONCE,>> SHAME ON YOU ~• FOOL ME TWICE,>> THEN YOU CAN KISS MY @SS as i walk away!!

1. Called the above contact number, for Gardens Centre MTN Store, numerous times, with no answer and eventually call was put down.2. While in-store for about 10 minutes, I was never greeted or acknowledged. No hello, no Ill be with you in a moment and not even any eye contact.3. Floor staff were rude when asked a simple question4. Floor staff mocked a customer when they walked out the store, in full hearing distance from myself and other customersAbsolutely disgusting behavior from the Gardens Centre MTN staff

Service agents do not know their own warranty/repair procedure. Go to another store.

Been calling the shop all day, and all the phone does is ring. Im not sure if the number advertised is correct or if MTN has failed to teach their staff how to answer a ringing phone! Goodbye using MTN data, rebooting my router and off to a new network!

Poor service. Story changes everytime yiugo. 5 days to open up a contract and still waiting....poor reply to emails and they lie straight out and then back track without apologizing when caught out. Do NOT try attend this branch. Also interesting to not 1 review here with 5 star. Ironic as he is one of the store consultants

I went in to have my phone upgraded, Najuwa served me. I took some time as there was a problem with my account from MNT side. This too about 3 days to resolve. Najuwa ensured the process was followed and done correctly. Well done to her. She is a true ambassador for the shop. MTN head office can learn a few things from her.

Worst customer service ever! No communication (ironic for a phone co.) Failed to deliver 3 times on various promises.No one at the store will answer an incoming call!!Deal with them at your own risk.....

The worst service I have ever received. All of their phones were not charged - they were running, or rather shuffling their feet, around trying to find a charger for their phones. No one knew what to do or how to assist me. Everyone I spoke to mumbled. Really shocking.
