We have a very bad experience with this service provider. My husband have a contract with this service provider and does not have signal service for 2 months, but he is paying for his services every month, we have contacted them for about 5 weeks to sort out his issues but to no avail. They every time promise to call us back on my cell phone number but no one phones us back.

Ismart/smart mobile is the worst company we ever came across. we have been trying to have a cell phone collected for the last seven months for repairs. every time we call they keep on telling us that the collection has been logged and they will let us know when the collection will be done. up to today we receive no calls and no collection. when we call to asked to speak to a manager or supervisor the keep on telling us that they in a meeting and they cannot transfer calls, because the working from home. no one is making the effort to call back because we leave contact numbers. ismart/smart mobile can close the doors. BAD BAD BAD !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had 3 calls this morning from an Unknown number with recordings being played to me from Smart Mobile when I answer. PLEASE STOP THIS and remove my name from your list! I will never buy anything from you due to this harassment! Make your number visible so others who feel like I do can block you from killing your own business and being a nuisance to others!

I do not even want to give this company a 1 star rating. Someone called me to offer me a cellphone contract and was so rude and disrespectful! After telling the lady that I already have a cellphone contract, she put the phone down in my face. Truly unprofessional.

I am horrified. Ive just learnt that this is a fraudulent company. They went into my account without even asking. They were deducting 345 from my account illegally.I have never purchased anything from them. I think that they are hackers and need to be reported. Every time I called they cut the call. I will expose them

Please STOP!!!! calling me, I dont know who you are, and I dont have an account with you. I have blocked the number, yet they will keep on tine after time. It is very annoying!!!! And if you phone them to remove your number, they are rude and with no manners at all😠😠😠

Just had a marketing call from Smart Mobile. Where did they get my phone number? Isnt my personal information confidential? Or did they obtain it in an illegal manner?

Just got a call from this company... Told them I wasnt interested in a new phone. The lady started aggressively asking what phone I currently had regardless of what I had just told her, then eventually - without saying a thing - hung up on me. Please do not support these people in any way and show them that you cant run a business by treating people like trash.

I got a call from CCI South Africa on behalf of Smart Mobile. They could not give me any information on how they got my name and number, except that it was from a consumer database.Smart Mobile is (according to CCI) a service provider to MTN, so my assumption is that they illegally stole my information.

I have requested by email and verbally on several occasions that these scammers stop calling me continuously and yet they continue to do so unabated. They are a bunch of fraudsters who openly flout the ECT law with regard to unsolicited spam calling and harassment. Avoid them at all costs!!!!

Smart Mobile do not care about the ECA, the law or anything other than cobtinuacon harrasing people.

I have a contract with this people ,their services are bad like I am now facing overdrafts in my account,they keep on going in to my account trying to debit money every time even if they have debited what i am supposed to pay.People dont go and look fir a contract with them.BAD EXPIRIENCE.
