Why this store got so much bad reviews? Cleary something needs to be changed. also I purchased a laptop there and was told that is a great laptop with no issues. Tried it out and there is a lag in anything you do.

The lady I spoke to was very helpful and friendly, but I caught her in a lie. When I got home, I found that the item they sold me was a used item that was just closed with sticky tape. I had to trouble shoot my own device as there were already settings on it from the previous owner that probably took it back because of the same problem I experienced. They also seem to be more expensive than other stores.
For a computer / electronic store to not have power cords is bizarre either they do have or the staff have no idea what power cords look like. Either way its not rocket science to know what a kettle power cord looks like. Unless the staff are all half awake.
My husband Dewald says that he had incredible service with a computer technician in the Vredenburg Store.
They have a decent range of products but as with most Incredible Connection branches, they are relatively expensive and the sales-team isnt particularly knowledgeable.I cant vouch for their tech-support department but for a purchase you will be better off doing your own homework and then visiting the likes of Takealot, Wootware or EveTech.
I ordered and paid online, indicating which store Im collecting from. Then travelled 70km to fetch my goods. After more than 5 hours of hanging around they still havent received confirmation of my order and payment, but at least finally released the items. Not necessarily the stores fault, but the latest experience confirms again my previous resolve of not really wanting to do business with this Co.
To say the customer service is bad is an understatement. Never in my life have i seen or experienced anything as bad as this
If you know what you want, its not a bad store, but they dont have real selling and suggestion skill

Stated a product was available at IC Tygervalley shopping centre. I asked for the product stating I wanted it immensely . Staff worker claimed couriers would pick it up with other products and bring it to this shop. After two days of guarantees that they will retrieve and that it will be processed. After I called a third day they claimed they couldnt get the item .Got a friend from CapeTown to go to IC Tygerberg . They claim No stock has been available .Even after getting confirmation that what I wanted was available through the staff worker at IC Vredenburg , that it wil be processed. So either they dont care or slow to process orders or forgot. Not Happy and would suggest using an online store like Raru or Takealot instead.
