What a waste of R800 to repair the screen of my Huawei mate 20 lite, just to realize that the front camera doesnt work, and when taking it back to report they fail to help unless if I take out another 800 for yet another new screen. What a waste!

I took an Iphone in for a screen & microphone repair. Collect the phone 6 hours later and screen replaced, but microphone not working, neither the screen sensor. Get told no problem, will sort...Phone them the next day...yes, phone is ready. Get there, and there is no change from the previous day, although I get told the phone is working, but not the microphone...its a software problem...download and update-no change. They then offer to write a letter which I can teke to Apple or Cell C and get another phone !(seriously!!).

DO NOT USE THEM. iPhone 7 mic not working, said 2 hours, 4 days later get the phone back with fake screen, he took my original screen that had nothing wrong with it. Owner refuses to replace with original screen. They are thieves. DO NOT USE THEM. STAY AWAY from Asserum. Bad business.

Took in iPhone with cracked screen said I was in hurry to catch a flight said would do it while I waited .Took ages got phone back didn’t check it properly home button didn’t work .Took it to my repairer in UK said one screw was missing and a plate was missing hence home button not working properly wouldn’t let them wire a plug
