Laptop stopped working within one month and after waiting 15 days the guy is like l dont know what was wrong with the laptop the good news its working now ........

This store is such a disappointment, they always display items that they dont have in stock. I recently bought a meccer inverter and they took two weeks to deliver it. And when I called this store they made excuses. 😠😫 Poor service

At first I was disappointed that a large technics company who should be tops in their game, had such unattentitve staff. I literally had to get a staff member to put down what he was playing with to serve me. On discovering they dont have a part that I was requesting, asked them for another solution only to be told numerous times they dont have it. I got annoyed reiterating that I needed a solution & asked fr a manager. If I was not forceful in my approach I would have walked away irritated & my problem not solved? Only once the manager was there did the staff member start taking me seriously? I eventually walked away with a quote after spending almost an hour in the store, which should have taken about 20 min at the most?

Very bad experience bought a brand new sansui i3 laptop and a few weeks later it was giving problems, took it back a month ago and still waiting on them to give me a credit for my laptop.... They are so nonchalant especially the manager, very disturbed by the service I am getting from N1 Incredible Connection. Wouldnt recommend anyone buying from N1 city Branch.

I bought a wireless keyboard in the 30th June, got home and upon opening the box I realized it was a FAULTY keyboard which was returned by someone else who purchased it on the 9th of June 2020 and they had sold me the same one which had returned receipts in.I took it back and they said they don’t have cash to refund me. They asked I write my details and banking details for them, said they are keeping my original receipt and will deposit my refund money into my bank account. Till today I am still waiting and they said they’ll call me . What a way to fela with customers
