I went for a basic consultation. The Doctor was friendly, professional and educative. They have a few Doctors on site, and various services available, so I was able to request and see a practitioner whom I was comfortable with.

My family has been coming to Brampton Practice for many years and have always had the most caring and supportive experiences with the doctors and staff. I cannot recommend them enough.

Wonderful experience with Dr Anderson who actually came around to our house to see my wife after she collapsed with a Meneur attack. Was immensely friendly, kind and above all, capable. Excellent care that is hard to find these days

Our toddler goes to Dr Andrea for any ailment, and we wouldnt go to anyone else. She is absolutely brilliant with him, and keeps in touch on Whatsapp after appointments to make sure our boy is getting along fine, which we really appreciate! I recommend her to all my mom friends in the Southern Suburbs. If youre looking for a family GP, Dr Andrea is particularly great with young children and we always feel safe in her hands.

My son has visited Dr Andrea twice now - once when he was a little baby of only a few months and then again more recently. Dr Andrea is beautifully gentle whilst keeping my little one happy, settled and calm. I’ve also seen Dr Andrea myself. More than happy to recommend this practice to fellow moms for themselves and their little ones. The level of care provided by Dr Andrea is amazing and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I was recommended to come to Brampton Family Practice as my girlfriend uses them for all her medical issues. I can say without a doubt - ever since I started using the practice at the beginnign of 2019 - that Ive never looked back. Brampton Family Practice really is what they say theyre a family, people who are patient with you, understanding and above all; excellent empathisers. (EXACTLY WHAT A DOCTOR IS SUPPOSED TO BE & ACT TOWARDS THEIR PATIENTS) [Take notes other doctors!!!]I would highly advise going to Dr Andrea Watkins-Neethling. She has been an amazing doctor and is always available to help whenever you need her, I can say safely through my personal experience she is someone that can wel-trusted, will look through all solutions with you for the said problem, and also provides a light-heartedness that everythign is going to be okay, even if it seems your world is crashing from an injury sckness (whatever it may be) [not to say the other doctors arent good, I believe all of them are excellent, Im just a bit biased to my personal doctor].Id give them a straight 4.9 stars (cant give a 5 star becuase then theres always room for growth in areas). ;)

By far the best visit to the Dr I have ever experienced. Polite, friendly, on time, professional and most importantly thorough. They really did their best to keep me at ease and explain everything. I was there for a while and I was constantly checked on and made sure I was comfortable. I dont plan on getting sick anytime soon but if I do, then this is where Im going. Big thank you to everyone there. Highly recommended.

I have been attending the practice for almost 3-years now, and I would just like to commend them on their excellent service and hospitable atmosphere. The practice is suited to all age groups and encompasses the values of traditional family healthcare. Furthermore, Dr. Andrea Watkins is not only all of the above, but she is thorough and well versed in her field of expertise as a GP. I feel confident in her care and her undoubted abilities as a great family doctor.

Fantastic doctors who actually listen and under stand you, from flue to depression. They offer advice after they listen to you. Reception staff are welcoming, and even after one visit they know your name. While those classic tunes in the waiting area really calm you down.fantastc, wholesome, awesome. These are only a few worlds to describe why you should try these guys out. Give them one shot, and you will want to keep using them as your local doctors. Thank you

Wonderful family practice of experienced doctors where nothing is too much trouble and the staff genuinely care! Dr Watkins-Neethling, who is a mom herself, is fantastic with my daughters and they both thoroughly enjoying going in to see her when sick.

My visit felt warm.Friendly doctors and staff I must say to the extend that i was even greeted by housekeeping staff and gardener.wow id definitely recommend this practice.

Amazing attention, very seldom found nowadays in the medical field

Terribly over priced for short consultations but allow me to be more specific about the horrendous service I received.Came in with my partner at the time who was unwell for an appointment. Was not greeted or acknowledged by any of the staff until it dawned upon them that I was in fact the person paying for the consultation which all in all was around 3 1/2 mins in total and cost R600. Im undoubtedly sure I was ignored based on race as my partner was white , sad that as people of color we are worse to each other than the oppressive system we found ourselves in and wouldnt take my money or medical aid scheme to this obviously for profit privatized health facility that is unable to preform extensive medical treatment anyway. Do yourself a favor find a real doctors practice.

Had a problem (fairly common one I heard later), 2 consultations and a blood test later still the doctor had no idea. No one told me what the blood test would cost (wildly expensive btw). Went to another doctor and got sorted in 5 minutes. Doctor still doesnt know what the problem was.

The doctor I was with didnt listen to me and even forgot about a symptom I mentioned. She didnt explain to me what was wrong. I told her about a condition I have, and she just diagnosed me with the same thing I know I have. Didnt examine my new symptoms or anything.

I would drive miles to avoid going anywhere else. Since childhood, Brampton has housed my familys trusted doctors.

Quite expensive for a 10 minute consultation. Doctors must be earning R 3000 per hour... Profiting of the ill.
