I have been to Dr Kaplan’s room 10 November . I’m impressed. When I walked in and took a seat , the doctor came to apologize for moving the appointment forward by an hour. He made me feel comfortable . I’m unemployed and he reduced fees just to accommodate and help me.He was thorough in his examination and made me feel safe to speak openly about my condition. He has a lot of experience and in-depth sight on hyperthyroidism. Great doctor , can’t wait for my next appointment. ❤️

Dr Kaplan gave me an full executive medical, including blood work and stress ECG. He was extremely thorough and demonstrated a deep knowledge of his field. His bedside manner was wonderful. Highly recommended!

Good Day, The Dr is never available and do not give you feedback on blood results etc. Then he wants one to for same bloods a week later without giving results on previous results. He also failed to send Sanlam a report 2 months later hence wanting me to go for same blood works saying it was for Sanlam who needed it which wasnt true. Very dissapointed in the service received and the endless calls I had to make needless to say not able to get hold of him week on week. And medical is exhausted and I now have to Pathcare for results blood analysis, of which i never received feedback or results a month later. Putrid service!!!!!!Good DayI am or was a patient however google is using my maiden surname. I was sent for bloods 8th May and it was sent to your rooms 10th May 2019. To date I have never received my results or feedback. And Sanlam received a report 2days ago, a request that was sent in April. I also had to pay cash (R795) for blood works done at pathcare and no feedback or results received to date, so dissapointing. Be it as it may, it is what is it.
