I was very nervous in the beginning but Dr Alek, Samantha and their staff made me feel very comfortable. Great treatments! I starting seeing results after just 3 days!Comes highly recommended

Extremely disappointing experience. When i called to book an appointment i was simply asked what my concern was. After describing my concern i was not told that i wouldnt be able to consult with the doctor but would instead be consulted by an associate. I was hoping to receive the expertise of doctor Nikolic and was instead offered off the shelf products by an aesthetician. Whilst the aesthetician was friendly and professional, it was not the service i was seeking when i made the appointment at Dr. Nikolics rooms. This poor communication on the part of the staff caused me a great inconvenience and resulted in me undertaking a 40 minute trip only to recieve a service that i could have received at any pharmacy cosmetic counter.

Very thorough and professional consultation. Extremely gentle with needles.
