Well stocked. Good fresh food. Staff not friendly.

Just another one of those great stores part of a well known brand in South Africa. This store is fairly a new store which has created a keen interest to attend while staying or visiting Melbosstrand.

A pleasant surprise today, had lovely coffee at Jacks, fantastic service

Thank you to the manager of Melkbos WW! He went above and beyond to find a specific plant for me. I phoned all the WW in CPT area, no one had stock. Tried my luck at Melkbos WW, they did not have stock either but the manager offerend to locate one for me and personally brought it to the Melkbos WW for me. Exceptional service!

Always a pleasure to shop there. The store is clean and well stocked and very friendly and helpful staff.

For a quick stop before continuing you journey along the West Coast for treats or something special you may have forgotten. Next Woolworths is at West Coast Mall between Saldanha and Vredenburg

One store I seldom have to queue. Friendly efficient service

This is our local place to go shop. It has everything we, as a family need. Quality is good and has some items that arent found anywhere in the area.

I,ve never been in a shop..that the staff was so friendly..and very helpfull..for her professional help and assitance..i,ll give her a bunch of roses!...Thanks again..

As always I know what to expect from Woolies and they do not disappoint...2 large chicken pies for R140.00 I cannot say no to that ...

Nice quality but seriously limited variety. The best part about this store is their fantastic staff and management.

The cashier that served me was extremely helpful. I bought flowers for my wife and she saw a small problem with the flowers. She said I must rather choose a nicer bunch. That is excellent customer service. Thank you.

Staff were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They sorted my issue with my mat and had it ready the next day for collection

Although a small branch, the staff have been trained well in helping customers with good service. I dont recommend shopping there on a Monday morning as the stocks are a little low after the weekend. However any Foodie will manage to find everything they need to make a lovely meal.

As far as service goes, this rates right up there.

Had 2 incidences of price baiting during same shopping experience. Goods advertised on special not available, but more expensive products placed in their place for you to discover at till. One item can be a genuine accident, 2 on the same trip indicative of systemic unethical practices.

Great store, but staff are a bit slow winded.... had to hear about how that particular till operator made each and everyone of my products, I think i was in a rush that day but unfortunately thats all I can remember about the service

Pricing often not displayed and shelf packing quite creatively executed. Difficult to find some items even for a small store. Front line staff friendly and helpful. Back office and managers need some customer service training

Always perfect shopping experience

Very poorly managed and stocked Woolworths; you are guaranteed to find at least one thing you need not in stock, even on the most basic of shopping lists. Most of the time there are staff with boxes and stock trolleys in every aisle and you constantly find your self trying to shop through these obstacles. The drive to Seaside Village or Table Bay Mall is definitely worth it.

I phoned and ask if they had a certain product and they did. When i got into woolworths Natalie was standing with the product in her hands waiting for me. Brilliant

The entire franchise is over priced and false. Their supposed organic food is not and their supposed innovations are mostly stolen from others who invent or think of them. I dont support a store who is part of this kind of false advertising and marketing stolen innovations as their own.

Their shelves are most of the time empty. Dates of pre-made food is never good.

This Woolies could do so well if they could just get competent management at this branch (who would see when items are out of stock or out of date if they just walked through their own store) and kept shelves stocked and clean. Also not quite sure what the deal is with the 35 car-guards - I see them conducting more dubious transactions in the parking lot than the folks they are supposed to keep away. Otherwise very convenient to have a local Woolies.

Friendly staff

This is the worst woolworths I have ever been to. It is always very very poorly stocked. I end up having to go to the Big Bay branch because I can only ever get 1 out of the 10 things on my shopping list. I wont be wasting my time here anymore. Incredibly disappointing.

The Melkbos Woolworths had no reusable or single-use carry bags today and I am not paying a small fortune for insulated one which I do not need and have at home already.I simply left my full trolley in the sore walked across to Pick ń Pay in the same centre. I do not appreciate my time being waisted and do not trust this branch.

Service can be better, but stock is shocking!!
