My husband and I had a 90 minute Hot Stone Massage for two. I phoned in advance to make enquiries about parking which turned out to be no problem as we were allowed to park in the Hotel parking. We have massages quite often, but what we got at the Spa Boutique was the best by far. We had a great experience and thoroughly enjoyed it. The girls did a tremendous job, I have never felt better during and after a massage. We will definitely go back for more very soon.

Treated my husband to a spa package. Weve been to a number of spas in the past and also to this establishment, and were pleasantly surprised on our first visit, that we decided to go there again. We arrived just before our scheduled time and were greeted at the door in a friendly manner. We were taken away to the room and received one of the best full body Swedish massages weve ever had. The ladies were both professional and precise in giving us a proper massage covering every muscle that was tight and stressed. Afterwards we felt great at the relief in our bodies. Weve already booked our next treatment and look forward to using their services again in the near future. Thanks for giving us a great way to see in the new week.

We booked for using hyperbli for the couples pamper package at your spa. I made the booking on friday 27th and the hotel receptionist confirmed my booking when I called back to check confirmation. Yesterday, Sunday the 29th I called again to confirm my booking and no booking was made. Fortunately the had availability for the time we originally had requested for. ( I was called again on the afternoon checking if I had booking, not professional). When arriving at the spa we greeted well and went to the massage room. During our massage the below happened:1. My massage therapist left the room and attended to another customer outside.( no problem to attend to a another client, I understand potential business) but it would be appreciated while you are lying half naked that your therapist informs me that the door is going to be opened and she will be leaving the room.2. After hearing shuffling in the room and the door being opened again... I lifted my head from the massage bed.. twice! And saw another therapist taking supplies out the cupboard. Again understand she might need supplies, but inform your clients that another person is entertaining the room.. while again.. your body is exposed.3. During the session are therapists were laughing and and talking to each other, not very relaxing..4. There use of products was thrown between our beds which kept moving our towels, which again made is uncomfortable.5. We wanted to use the shower facilities and asked for towels to dry. There answer was the laundromat hadnt bought our laundry. I went again to ask, at least we given hand towels to dry our bodies off.6. Part of the voucher was a complimentary drink, they asked what we wanted to drink after our massage we both agreed on water. Nothing out was offer. Tap water is free.In the end the massages were satisfactory but the service shocking

Fantastic, beautiful and relaxing! I recommend this fully. The receptionist was very friendly and the waiting room is very fancy. The lady was on time sharp and the massage itself was divine!

Before making my way to the Spa I was apprehensive due to a few negative reviews of the Spa . Well to my surprise I, we were treated well with a good massage. We couldnt fault them. You will never be able to please all the people all of the time

This was an extremely horrible experience, I gifted a voucher for the Spa Boutique to someone. Firstly It was incredibly difficult to make an appointment and on the day of the appointment they phoned to try and reschedule because of staff not pitching for work. Then they phoned back and informed us that the staff had arrived and we can come through. This sounds like they have serious admin and staffing problems. Secondly, we struggled to find the address of the place and after searching for it for sometime we phoned to ask for assistance on directions. The person that we spoke to was incredibly rude and threatened us with cancellation of our booking if we couldnt find the place and put the phone down in our face. We called back and tried to negotiate another time for an appointment and again this man was extremely rude and said if we couldnt find the place then he refused to book another appointment. This is the most unprofessional behavior I have ever come across. I believe his name is Stuart James Hilton . We book for a lot of International Clients in Cape Town and this place has just lost all of our clients. Stay away from this place at all cost!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I went for a couples massage, we waited quite a while in a small dark reception area, we were offered no refreshments. Once in the room they were small too small for a couples massage. The massage was average, with the lady yawning over my head, leaning on the table to rub the other hand on me. I left there feeling a bit stiff. Only a few hours later the stiffness turned into sever pain in my upper left back - I think the lady either cracked a rib or has severely hurt a muscle. I can hardly breath properly and let alone move my left arm... ARE THESE GIRLS QUALIFIED.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! not even service! I made an appointment on a Sunday for 14h30 - Stuart, the owner took my number and said he doesnt think its a problem - but he will call me back - 14h14 I call to confirm only to find out that the spa is closed....seriously? why couldnt he say that at 10h00 when I called ? disgusting service from the OWNER - my goodness

VERY RUDE staff, TERRIBLE service!! I bought a Groupon voucher for my partner for this place for his birthday. I confirmed his appointment both over email and by phone. When he went to claim his massage, they told him the system was down and his appointment was lost so they had to reschedule it. They were very rude to him and unwelcoming, and made him feel that as a black man he didnt belong in their spa. When I phoned to verify what had happened, the receptionist was INCREDIBLY rude and didnt want to take any responsibility for the mishap. When I mentioned that they made my partner feel unwelcome as a black man, he had the audacity to tell me dont even go there. As though a discussion about his racist behaviour was just too inconvenient for him. We have not even claimed our massage yet and I can say with certainty that I would NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone. Groupon adverts for this place should come with a disclaimer that they are racist and rude!!!

This was a terrible experience. I wish there was a way to give it no stars. It started with us being a little late (5 minutes) but rushing in because we wanted to start as soon as possible to not lose any more time. On arrival I was greeted by Hilton who encouraged me to sit down, upon which the staff proceeded to stare at me but not give any sort of direction.This annoyed me as I had meetings to get to after this appointment. This awkwardness lasted about 5 minutes until one of the girls showed us a room to go into. I was very stressed and looking forward to a relaxing massage immensely. We opted for the couples Swedish massage. I would come to regret that decision. The girl massaging me proceeded to run her elbows painfully over my shoulder blades.I asked her to please be more gentle. She then decided to run her knuckles right down my spine, hard! and the same for every bone she could dig at with her knuckles. She very expressly managed to ignore all the muscles. I spent most of the time squirming away from her elbows and knuckles digging into awkward parts of my back. I was so relieved when she moved on to my arms, thinking that you cant possibly dig into my bones there. and she didnt, instead she pressed painfully into my underarms and lymph nodes on the inner part of my arm completely ignoring the actual muscles. She dug her finger into my nerve in my elbow funny bone which hurt so much I immediately pulled away from her and said OW very loudly. She apologised and moved onto my hand... I did not receive a hand massage, she did wiggle my fingers side to side however. This was the point that it came to my realisation that this woman had never received one ounce of training or direction, either that or she is a sadist. I asked her to stop early so that I could just relax and ready myself for the very busy day ahead. I received this treatment as a gift, had I payed for it I might have asked for an immediate refund, but I had to run out so quickly to get to my next appointment. I have an appointment with the chiropractor now to sort out what ever this woman did to my shoulder.DO NOT GO TO THIS SPA! You will receive injury and it will leave a terrible taste in your mouth from the awkward ambiance to the unfriendly, untrained staff and messy facilities. Just save yourself the pain.

This is a horrible place. BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!! NO Etiquette, no friendliness, in fact we didnt even get our massages , we were booked for 16pm and were there since 15h30. No service until 16h30 which was an argument as to why they not helping us, the manager, James had the most atrocious attitude it was unbelievable!!!!!!! I have no idea why this spa is even called a spa or is in business still. Groupon should verify their clients first.....

As a over worked, tired and stress mother of a two year old, I was so excited to get a voucher to go for a 90 min treatment at Hilton Spa Boutique. First I struggled to get hold of them because their number that was on the voucher was not correct and they dont reply to emails it seems since mine was ignored. After some research I found the correct number. I phoned the 7th of Feb to make a booking for the 10th of 11th as this was my only 2 off days from work during the week for a long time. So the first appointment they had after that on a Saturday was on the 8th of March at 14:00. I asked them to book it for me and but keep me in mind if there was an cancellation earlier. On the 8th I phone to just confirm that it is still at 14:00, I had to hold on while the receptionist had a conversation with another person on the phone who apparently had a booking in Feb not in March as the person thought. After 3 min he spoke to me, and big surprise....no booking. No apology, just treating me as if I am an idiot saying that if I made a booking with a voucher they would have asked me for a security code or they are to allowed to make the booking. No one asked me that when I phoned. He did not even try to find a solution, I had to ask him if I now have to wait a month again for an appointment and the short answer was yes. I worked as a senior manager in the hospitality industry in Cape Town for 7 years so have a lot of understanding for errors that slip in once in a while. The management of this Spa must really have a look at how they handle their potential clients and the care they show towards them. I will never refer anyone to them and will tell all my friends and colleagues about my experience with the receptionist. For I know, the Spa might be amazing but due to how I was handled, I have no wish to even find out.

The massage itself was alright but the place was dodgy and very stuffy, horrible air, no light, felt disgusted. They probably dont pay their staff properly as they put up signs that one should give tips.
