I WOULD HIGHTLY RECCOMEND GETTING YOUR QUALIFICATIONS ELEWHWRE.The staff at International academy specifically L. Koekemoer, are very unprofessional . He is despondent and disorganized, forgets to register students for exams and shows no care for what happens to students once theyve paid their fees.I would strongly recommend inquiring elsewhere, there are several other institutions in South Africa offering the same and better qualifactions and employment opportunities.Feel free to contact me directly for DETAILS on this UTTERLY INCOMPETENT INSTITUTION.

It has been a roller coaster ride at international academy.The one best thing about the academy is that it provides great education, and that is only possible with the wonderful team of the amazing educating staff they present us with. They are very knowledgeable, supportive and very helpful at all times. 3 years have gone by so quick but it was only possible with the wonderful friends and lecturing staff.I would recommend this place to anyone who is focused, wants to achieve big things in life, has goals in life and wants to be educated.This place truly prepares you for the best and worst experiences in your career.Good luck to all future students!

This place should not get any stars. Disgusting how they treat the students, they will promise you the world. They equipment they supply you with is cheap they only out to take your money. This place ir the worst place you can go to. Stay away...

My wife booked a voucher for a full body massage and opted to go on 27 July 2018.Disappointed in the so called skills of the masseuse is putting it mildly. She spent 30 min + of a 1 hour massage on her feet and legs. So not only did she not enjoy the massage or get her moneys worth but she ended up leaving with a sore back. Completely perplexed as to how you leave from a so called professional place like this with a sore back.Would not recommend and for my part not even worth half a star in terms of rating. Unfortunately having to give it 1 star in order to post this review.

Totally unprofessional service. Therapist answered her cell phone DURING my masssge. My booking included a head massage which was never given. I then had to PROVE that I had paid for a head MASSAGE. Was then rushed back into the room for a quick resentful head tickle which left me feeling more irritated than anything. Have never left a massage feeling so dissatisfied and less relaxed than when I walked in.

This company is a JOKE! I arrived at their offices ready for my appointment then after waiting for 30 mins they tell me the therapist isnt available and I have to come back, then I try to reschedule and no response. They have no customer service or etiquette and for a spa, that is quite pathetic!

Im still waiting for my refund, your not replying to any of my emails.This school is a total scam.

These school is a school of thugs and racists. They stole my money 23 475, and now they cut my calls and dont respond to my emails. Never trust them. Dont be like me. I traveled all the way from Zimbabwe for them to steal from me

I wanted to surprise my friend for her birthday with a spa treatment for two:*There was hair all over the place*The towels were damp and smelt moldy.*There were no curtains so all the day light poured into the room.*The therapist then opened the window and all the traffic noise came into the room.*She then boiled the hot stones next to my headA dismal and embarrassing experience!

The salon opens at 8am! I made a booking for 8am for my daughter & myself. When We arrived we were told that someone else made the bookings and that they cannot understand why because they still needed to switch on the wax, that the therapists dont get there at exactly 8am.... why open at 8am? Should you not be ready for the days work when the doors open?

Worst spa I have come across in Cape Town. The lady I spoke to on the phone had a terrible attitude (not sure if that is because I was using a Hyperli), so I ended up requesting a refund rather than going through with the treatment. I would suggest you steer clear of using this place.

By far the best value in terms of what you get in qualifications when you finish

Had a microdermabrasion, was really nice and had no problems with anything, really affordable as well.

The Students have a Salon in the building on the 2nd floor where I had a lovely Swedish massage at a bargain price. The ground floor Salon is more expensive but the staff there are also way more experienced.

Had a haircut. Not blended in and not equal length. Hair was a mess

Extremely unprofessional and kept cancelling or rescheduling the appointment. Bought a 3 part special and have only received 2 of the 3 treatments and I have to go back a third time due to their terrible planning
