Apart from the bubbly and the beautiful rooms and an amazing spa experience, the staff at this place was exceptional. Due to loadshedding the power outage created an short on the hot tub and the bubble jets could not work ( the heating worked ). We informed the staff and the staff was willing to get someone to come and fix this issue on a Sunday evening at about 18H00. That being said. The staff truly will walk miles to ensure that you are having an fantastic stay, being very very polite, funny as well as catering to your every need. Also the flower petals throughout the room upon arrival for our honeymoon was a very sweet touch. We were sad to leave. Amazing experience!!!

The hospitality was great and the breakfast was lovely! The jacuzzi of the O Suite was a bonus. Loved our stay and would definitely go back!

Exceptional service !! We were greated with a cold glass of bubbly on arrival and we just got spoiled from there onwards. The suite was modern and cozy, with superb finishes, plush linnen and attention to detail. Breakfast every morning was super tasty, and we were even served in our room on request. Our Hostess Marochelle and the staff went beyond expectation to make our stay comfortable. We will surely visit again.

Wonderful friendly staff, one of the nicest Boutique Hotel’s we have been to in Cape Town. The style and vibe is great. They have a large indoor heated swimming pool plus gym. Our room on the top floor had a private jacuzzi over looking the bay - amazing views.The room itself was very spacious, pictures attached. Full bathroom.Swivel Tv with Dstv and dvds from reception. Free WiFi, great throughout the hotel.Decent breakfast in the morning to get your day started.

Sadly that 5th star not shining so brightly anymore. Outside light and bedside lamp not working. Diffuser empty.

No secure parking;Wooden staircase makes it difficult for room service-a trolley would have been ideal instead of the Receptionist calling on Guests various times for one meal with a Heavy Wooden Tray;Looking directly unto the bed when calling on Guests with Room Service or assistance (a portable screen should be provided for some privacy)

Amazing! Best massage ever!Amanda, their massage therapist was absolutely amazing!! Kind, professional. She has the healing touch! My family and I all agree it was the best massage we have ever had! I have already recommended Amanda at O on Kloof to friends who are visiting SA and we will definitely be back to see her on our next trip.

5 Star Opulence. Friendly and efficient management. Friendly and efficient staff. The rooms are delightfully and more than adequately furnished and equipped. There is parking available and wheel chair friendly. Situated a hop and a skip from the beach and Seapoints famous promenade.

We spent a night here for our wedding anniversary and we loved the experience. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. It was a fantastic surprise to find lit candles and placed flowers in our room after we arrived back from dinner. Thanks guys.

I really wanted to like this place, unfortunately I was sorely disappointed. Considering that it is a 5 star establishment, I expected better-looking accommodations and amenities. The staff is wonderful though, with a big-ups to the male receptionists.

Excellent service and outstanding breakfast. Made us feel very welcome and offered great recommendations for activities/places to visit across Cape Town and surrounding areas. Definitely worth a visit!

We had a fantastic 6 night stay in Dec 2018. The hotel is in a fab location, with Camps Bay in one direction & the waterfront in the other. We loved exploring the local area too. The hotel itself has a lovely terrace to enjoy the delicious breakfast & pre dinner cocktails, with good views over the city. Our room (5) was enormous, immaculate, beautifully decorated with a lovely sun terrace. The indoor pool area was also very nice & we enjoyed great massages in the spa. What really made our stay was the staff, everyone was so friendly - particularly Diverson & Shepherd who were fabulous! So attentive & helpful - thank you! Couldnt recommend this hotel more.

Serene atmosphere. Spa is small but effective and boasts an indoor swimming pool for your leisure. Location is perfect as it is a stone throw away from the beach. Highly Recommend!!

Great locations and nice hotel. Sparkling wine at entrance was nice touch. Beds were however a bit hard ( upgrade your mattresses) and they were un accommodating to make breakfast omelette at 7:30 am cause breakfast only started at 8. Come on make me an omelette.

Deserves its Boutique status and is a well run and interesting place to stay. The owners and staff are helpful and friendly and provide quality food. It is short walk to local shops and eateries in Bantry Bay albeit a bit hilly.

The Spa therapists are very friendly and professional. The Africology products used for the facial was amazing! My skin felt hydrated and not oily. Highly recommend it.

Absolutely beautiful and a lovely spot. Im just extremely disappointed with my nail treatment, I got gelish done for my wedding and it didnt even last 3 days!! I looked after it so well as I also do gelish. I had to get someone in Hermanus to do my nails the morning of my wedding again! For the price you pay, thats crazy!!
