Lovely boutique Spa! But truly requires a larger private space for dressing. Not every woman will be comfortable undressing in a very small space with other woman. However, the treatments are great and well priced.

I enjoyed the experience sooooo much. The ladies were professional and pleasant, they made us feel welcome and their communication skills were awesome. The feeling of the spa was peaceful, I immediately felt calm upon arrival, with a beautiful aroma smell and low lights! The absolutely perfect setting.....I completely loved the treatment and was very happy with the outcomes thereof. I would definitely recommend them to anybody. Keep it up guys!!! From the moment I walked into the Spa, I was welcomed warmly. All necessary Covid protocols are in place to out you at ease immediately. The therapist had a magic touch that left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated after my amazing full body massage. Prices are commensurate with standard 5 star prices. Having access to the pool at the Dock House hotel to relax and have a cocktail is an added bonus. I would highly recommend this spa.

I have been for many massages but this was by far the best! Not only did I feel like I had relaxed for a few days, but my neck pain was also gone after the treatment. Booked myself and my partner in for the celebration of life 90min treatment - wow! Those therapists know exactly what they are doing! The staff were super friendly, professional and assisted us above and beyond. I would also like to point out how impressed I am with their covid 19 protocols they followed. Top notch! Will definitely be back for more.

Charged R480 for nails (just painting and a gel soak off). However the nail polish did not even dry and the person kept painting over them!! I had to remove everything afterwards.

I had an outstanding experience at this branch, with my husband. We arrived a little late due to unforeseen traffic but the staff were gracious and professional. The treatments went really well (hot stone massage and a facial) - leaving my skin glowing. The decor and ambience is tranquil and spa-like, which I fully appreciated. We also had full use of the sauna, a self-application scrub and shower, as well as the hotel pool. We did the scrub and relaxed for a short time at the pool as we had another appointment but would definitely make use of the sauna next time.

Bit of a dissapointing experience. Booked a head and foot massage as well as head, back and neck. The back massage was enjoyable though the extremely loud music from the adjacent mall made it very difficult to relax. The head and foot massage was very dissapointing. During the head massage she mostly stroked my hair and simply held my head in her hands without any pressure whatsoever the foot massage was similar, I asked her twice to increase the pressure but it remained extremely light with periods of her simply holding my feet in her hands.

Id say a 4.5. Following a disappointing experience previously. 2nd time round redeemed. They were nothing short of Amazing. The owner Rene stops at nothing for excellent customer service. And thats what my husband and I received today. Leaving a very happy client, destressed and all knots ironed out. Id definitely be a regular. Well done ladies. Keep up the great work.
