A friend and I had the most stunning treatments done by the very professional ladies at Ginko. Kim (the manager) was so sweet and helpful and the two ladies who did our treatments were so polite, well trained and really tried their best to create a wonderful atmosphere for us. We will most certainly be back again!

The staff were very professional and the hot stone massage that I had this morning was the best that Ive ever had. I left the spa feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

This is the best spa I have been to the two lovely ladies that assisted me and my husband with our massages was just so good at what they doing I forgot to get the names but they made us feel so relaxed when it was done.it just such a wonderful setting and some well deserved time away from life as we know it I would definitely recommend this spa for how they do things.Keep up the great work ladies 🙂😃😃will most certainly be back 👌👌👌

The massage itself was very good and relaxing. I especially enjoyed the extra touch with the warm massage table. Unfortunately I will never return to this very impersonal spa that takes no responsibility for their shortcomings. Due to another appointment that ran late, I was 15 minutes late for a 75 minute- massage. I took full responsibility, with the understanding that I had 60 minutes left. But massage was cut short by 15 minutes. When I asked why I only got 45-minutes, the woman at the desk basically told me that I was at fault for only mentioning that I had a voucher during reservation, and not what kind of voucher it was. I think it IS the spas responsibility to ask the details of the voucher (knowing full well that they work with different vouchers, which first-time clients dont know). The impersonal, (sorry, tough luck, we have someone else booked now, theres nothing we can do) attitude was downright disappointing and works against any positive state of wellness achieved.

My experience started with walking passed a beautiful blue pool. I was early for my complimentary birthday massage & was invited to enjoy the pool and complimentary water while I waited. Once I was ready for my massage Monique treated my stress and body with great care. I could feel myself drifting off to sleep as she gently and firmly massaged all my knots away. I highly recommend their signature Elixir Massage.Thank you for an amazing birthday spoil. Cant wait to come back with friends.

DONT GO TO THIS SPAWe had an entertainer voucher and wanted to try out this spa for a massage. I have received many massages in the past and visited lots of spas in South Africa and sadly this was very disappointing.First of all the lady at the front desk was aggressive and sharp (especially before you get a massage you want to be calm). Throughout the massage the phone kept ringing, and when I asked during the massage the ladies response was we can do anything about it. So I lay there with the phone ringing throughout my treatment. Not to mention they said they would put a heat gel on my back to warm up my muscles. It felt so burnie and when I said to the lady its getting uncomfortable and feels like a chemical peel her response was It will feel better just now, try bear with it. I was so disappointing and really frustrated with the experience. Go someone else
