Terrible service!!! Their staff lie to customers.. From Mzi to Bongani.. Ive just been given empty promises.. 17 days Im waiting for a small local package... Unbelievable, after so many companies have closed down during lock down, you still get companies like this that treat paying customers like they are doing them a favour. No accountability or integrity.

Of all the courier companies used ,DCB is the worst. Day 2 now and still waiting for my package .Phoned them x3 times in the past two days and were promist the package will arrive today . Tomorow is day 3. Was promist it will be on my doorstep at 09:00 tomorrow morning. Will see....

Please see this 5 star rating to your warehouse for the quickness and willingness to assist. Iwouldnt rate the office at all. The feedback on deliveries that should take place is shocking. And truth be told - i collected a parcel this morning with awesome service. Just to be told that the other parcel never left JHB Wednesday as promised. And this was not the first time. If it cant be DONE then its the office responsibilty to assure that your clients know this. So please see this rating for your dispatch people. NOT THE OFFICE

Friendly and efficient staff and deliveries

Went there to pick up something . No one at front desk .had to stand call down hall way to get someones attention. I observed a few people not wearing masks.

UNETHICAL!UNPROFESSIONAL!So i had 2 guys from DCB collecting parcels today. I was on a call and Shane keeps banging on my glass door yelling Its Friday, Get done.I gestured with my hand that he just need to wait as i couldnt open the locked gated and glass door with one hand as i was on a call.I let him in after about 20 seconds and he starts yelling and violently throwing my parcels on the ground. Continuing to tell me that its Friday and he wants to get done with work. I then told him i am now going to report this situation as this is not how you go about doing collections.He then started to threaten me and once again through my parcels to the ground.I am highly unhappy with his customer service and he is giving the company a very bad image.I no longer want him near my premises and will make this clear by calling the company directly and numerous emails or will simply change to another courier company.

Fast and good service

Parcel loaded in Kempton Park on 17 April. (Handed in at their Depo) Because of the Public Holidays I decided I should at the latest receive it on Wednesday 24 April in Springbok. They said 3 working days. Track and traced it, watched it lying in their Cape town Depo for days. Phoned today (25 April) to find out why. Was told they delivered only once a week to outlaying areas. The day is tomorrow (26 April) Just had a call they will only be able to deliver Saturday (27 April) Never is a long time, but Never again will I use DCB logistics. Pathetic service .

The security are so helpful and the customer service department are very nice

A bit hard to find without a GPS. Security out front so you cant just walk in. Collected my package and I was on my way. Friendly helpful staff.

Staff are always friendly and willing to help.

Parcel delivery very slow and track and trace very outdated. You will only receive updates every 12 hours and up and in south africa it should not take more than 3 days to get a parcel to someone. Very dissatisfied will rather use the courier guy.
