I am highly disappointed with the service recei Ed from Aspiringlgistics. Its 6 days later since collection and my package has still not been delivered. I am worried that the package might be lost. The fact that they dont value the business enough to even call back and provide updates. Considering Ive been calling all of thr time. This is very ppor and pathetic service. Given the global pandemic, they perform so poorly. Im surprised they still in business. I will never recommend them. Sad part is I am at their mercy now. I would never do this to my customers or clients. Very, very disappointed customer.

My business is loosing clients because of your service The deliveries take longer than 7 days and now am waiting a week already for my delivery to get to the depot.. Not even door to door delivery but the depot a decision I made so that my customers can somehow receive the goods faster than the door to door service. I phoned in couple of times and nobody is giving me information with regards to whats going on and am loosing my patience my customers are loosing interest because of your service.
