I would recommend this courier service any day. A gentleman by the name of Rashaad in their Paardeneiland iffice helped me with a package that needed to be delivered in a farm area and after sending him the relevant information they where able to find the delivery location even though it was not easy. Quite unreliable with their Police Clearance service. Notified them on the very day that my police clearance was finalized at SAPS HQ, for collection. Checked in with them 2 days later and I am told that we are waiting for SAPS to send the documents. 2 more days later, i am told sorry-the documents were send via normal post by SAPS Incompetent and unreliable internal systems.

I feel that it is necessary to share this review to ensure that others do not have the same experience. I will never use this company again, or refer it to anyone that is in need of a courier service. They said that they could do what I asked initially,. I paid for the service which was a lot of money. Following this, the person that I was in communication with did not respond to my queries, did not update me on the proceedings. I had to constantly follow up due to lack of correspondence from their side. They had a document of mine for 2.5 months without it getting to where it needed to be. It was the most frustrating experience.

Used them for my police clearance however the tracking function doesn’t seem to work. Called them about it and they said a long and tiring story about how everyone’s docs get put in one bag and sent to Pretoria. Hard to find out if it ever arrived.

Overall very disappointing and rude service. I arranged next-day delivery for a clients package. The package was returned to their depot for two consecutive days with no explanation. After it was returned the first time, I followed up by phone and was told that their driver was still out on deliveries and that it would be delivered that day, but the package was returned to depot. After it was returned the second time, I emailed to ask that the package be returned to me, since I would prefer to make alternative arrangements to make sure my client receives the package. Nobody acknowledged my email, so I phoned again. I was then told that they are returning the package to me and that it was dispatched and out for delivery today. It did not arrive and their online tracking shows that my parcel was dispatched yesterday but it was not returned to the depot or delivered, so I guess it is lost now – a week after it was originally collected.

An absolute nightmare. Before they collect your parcel for delivery their communication is fast and efficient, as soon as they have your boxes in their facilities - communication goes bad . You will have to include other parties in order to even get acknowledgement of your emails. In terms of costs - you will be charged for things you werent informed about and noone will explain it to you properly.Drivers dont even follow instructions that you have listed on your waybill.Short story - I will never use this company ever again

As I was treating a client and would be away for a certain period of the day, I called ahead to give them a heads up because, as Murphy would have it, that would be the perfect time for a parcel to arrive. The manager specifically arranged with their driver, Dawie, to deliver the parcel before I had to leave. Making an above-call effort like that is a rarity in this day and age.I am super impressed. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Package was sent on Monday the 26th of October with the urgency of needing to be here latest Friday the 30th. Package is no where to be seen. No phone calls, no information, no nothing. No one knows where they are and it is an extremely important package with something very personal in it that is very valuable. -10/10, would never recommend. Not impressed! 🤬 Next time Im sticking with Nova Wolf Logistics! Theyre more expensive but at least I get my package within a few hours and nothing gets lost or damaged!

Citi Sprint is the worst service I have ever used in my 30 years of existence. My wife has sent her ORIGINAL Birth Certificate to be apostilled at DIRCO Pretoria. She sent it from Cape Town, paid R350 for fast courier on the 9th of September!!Today, the 22nd of September, her ORIGINAL birth certificate is nowhere to be found, they have lost it. I tried speaking to the manager of the operation Jamil, or whomever, and all we can hear is we are working on it. They have mocked my wife beyond belief and for me as a non south african, it is shocking how a PRIVATE company is handling complaints.We all make mistakes, that is fine, but there is no hustle to try and find this document. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND AS A COURIER COMPANY HOW CAN YOU NOT TRACK DOWN A DOCUMENT YOU JUST SENT SOMEWHERE!!! Where did it go? On the moon? Paid for over night delivery, delivery took place 2 days later... guess my understanding of overnight and theirs is significantly different.Customer services is nonexistent.Called Tuesday afternoon and was put on hold by reception 7min, hung up on, and generally ignored, while paying for the calls.Called Wednesday, and the receptionist again puts me on hold for over 5 min.I tried back, and was kept on the automated answering service loop.As a logistics company they fail.They also fail at delivering customer services

What an utter disappointment!!Arranged for a collection of 2 x 750ml Glass bottles to be collected in Durbanville to Table view.I communicated with with Michael at the CPT Branch who provided absolutely disgusting service. When I requested from him to please call me when my package was on-route his response was You can phone me as I am not going to remember. In a customer service roll this is appalling.To make the experiance even worse they called me on the morning of the 29th to tell me that my package broke after payment was already made.I requested photos - which are attached.In the photos you can see that the bottles was rapped efficiently even in socks to prevent them from hitting against each other.The questions once again is raised of how courier companies treat our packages.Raising the question on how they are planning to compensate for the damage Jamele said in an email that the packaging was not sufficient. (screen grab attached)All in All - disappointed in this organisation.Would NOT recommend making use of the service.

AVOID this company at all costs! I have now had a parcel that was a family gift held for 10 days. I made payment through their form on their website that said payment was instantly approved 13 days ago, yet I am being asked to show proof of payment??? No one had even notified me that my parcel had been held until the receiver alerted me to the fact that I hadn’t arrived. I have had to make three international calls because I am not in SA and still no resolution. I was promised it would be released upon proof of payment, to which I have had to send a copy of the transaction from my bank and yet they still hold it. I’m actually beginning to think the entire company is a total scam, and can’t believe that they were recommended to me. The most disappointing thing is that this was a gift for my partners family having me to stay when I was visiting SA. Shame on them and their terrible service.

This is the second time I struggle to get my order. First time it took a month to get my delivery because I was not at home. The delivery guy walked 2 m in the driveway and before I could open the door he was gone with the message there was no one at home. We were 3 at home and saw all the courier guy walking into the drive way...This time my delivery is again impossible because no one is at the address. I especially took this time my office as delivery address and we are roundabout 20 people in the same building. My office with 4 people can see the whole time the entrance and guess what. I receive a message that it could not be delivered because no one is at this address. Not one of us saw a delivery truck or guy today. So all in all I will stop ordering from companies who using there services they are proofen useless to deliver the goods!!!!

Citi - Stroll would be a more appropriate name.Before I start this essay describing my atrocious experience with this company I think its important to state that I have never ever felt the need to write a negative review about any company before, so this is a first. If time is of the essence this is not your company. Dont use them at all. If you are thinking about using them, I urge to read the previous sentence again and repeat it until you decide not to use them.When requesting my police clearance at my local police station in Cape Town I was handed a flyer for the company in question, with the staff recommending their services as they are a courier company that specialises in handling the collection and delivery of police clearances.So the company was able to collect the documents without major hassle (hence the generous one star rating) using the sms service and I had a day off work to interact with the driver tasked with collecting the document.The major issues occurred with the delivery of the police clearance once it was ready at the police department in Pretoria to my residence:1) So again I followed the prompts provided by the company and smsed the required details. I did not receive any notification or automated response indicating it was successfully received. I gave it a few hours but it had not worked. I had to phone into the call center for them to realise there was an issue with the sms service. An entire day was lost and it would have been longer had I not been so proactive. One day lost so far.2) The company states that it would take 2-4 working days to gather the police clearance in which they would call to arrange the delivery of the document. It took 5 days before I was contacted, so now we are sitting on 6 days.3) Due to the delay in delivery I contacted the call-center and scheduled the drop-off at an alternative address and provided a contact number, so that a friend can receive the document on my behalf as I would be working in the day and would have no access to my cellphone number if they called. I stressed this many times to the operator repeating the phrase Please do not call me, I will be at work at least three or four times. This is where the wheels came off. My friend received a call from the driver and they arranged that the package would be delivered that day at 10am. My friend left her office to collect the delivery, but nobody arrived, she waited hours. She tried to call the company but because she did not know my ID number they would not assist her. I had received missed calls (much after 10am) on my cellphone number which I only saw after work. I immediately called the driver who rudely put the phone down on me twice and did not give me the chance to straighten out the situation. We are now on 7 days.4) I saw on the companies web-page that the call-center was open until 6:30, so at 6pm I called only to be greeted by a telephonic recording indicating that they were closed for the day... thirty minutes early.... why not make your closing time 6pm then Citi-Sprint? On the recording however was the number to call the after hours manager. So guess what I did. I called the manager explained my situation and how I need to set a time for collection for tomorrow. I told her what time to call me, and what time I will be busy from. She promised she would organise someone to call me first thing tomorrow morning. Guess what? Correct, they didnt call fist thing that morning and the collection was not organised for that day. We are now on 8 days.5) The following day was a public holiday, we are now on 9 days.6) Another wasted day as the company could not contact me during working hours, with classy voicemails left from the driver such as Awe guy, call me back. We are now on 10 days.7) I phoned through again, explained my situation, this time gave the address of my father (as I could not ask my friend to take off work for a second time), his cellphone number, his telephone number. Eventually it was delivered successfully on the 11th day.

Best service l received sending my parcel from capetown to joburg.l was stranded in the street with my parcel after one courier company had over charged me, and a friend refered me to citi sprint.l got a price quotation over the phone which l was happy with.then they sent a very friendly driver to come and collect the parcel.it was on a Monday and on Wednesday my family in joburg phoned to say they received everything in good condition, it was delivered on the doorstep. This current experience with them is absolutely horrible, unprofessional and biggest disaster.After 2 weeks of their collection my police clearance from SAPS Proteria the company still did not deliver my clearance due whatever reason!!! The collection was done already but how long does it take to bring to Cape Town/ Gardens?????Can you please give my document that you have and get out of my life. This document is confidential and would warn everyone else that not to trust your establishment.
