One of the better PostNet stores around, they are serious in their practicing of social distancing, service is usually efficient. There is an abundance of convenient parking in close proximity.

Service inside seems good enough, however in the parking lot, I was harassed by a car guard who ended up begging for money, I gave him all the cash I had in my purse yet it wasnt deemed good enough by him so he literally followed me to my door of my car, and wouldnt let me leave until I bought him food even though I had given him everything I had on me already. I had to shove him away so I could actually get in my car as he was becoming aggressive. I said I didnt have anything else on me about 7 times, and he would not stop and rolled his eyes as I drove off. I wont come back there simply because of that guard.

This was the worst Postnet I have ever been to. We waited for ages to be helped and the store wasnt full at all. Eventually an employee assisted us, we gave him the delivery address and he walked away never to return again. He promptly busied himself with his fellow colleagues having a conversation and then assisting them with their work, leaving us standing with our parcel and no closer to sending it. We watched him work thinking he was coming back but clearly that wasnt the case....confused and frustrated we waited at the counter once again for someone to assit us. Eventually another lackadaisical employee made her way over to us and helped us out. We were assured that the parcel would reach its destination the following day but to date (4days later) we have not been able to track the parcel (tracking number seems incorrect) and no confirmation of the parcels arrival.So thank you Postnet...but I certainly will not be using your services again.
