Very friendly welcome by staff. Understood what I needed and made some suggestions. Offered price list and suggestions on where to purchase frames- all voluntarily. Nothing is too much trouble.

The staff are friendly, helpful and extremely competent. Postnet Melkbosstrand is a valuable resource to many working in the area and they handle anything from scanning and emailing documents to photo prints and large format printing. Ive always received good advice and stellar service here.

I was quoted R600 to send a passport from Cape Town to. a Visa office in Pretoria. When I asked staff at Postnet if every agency charged R600 they said yes. Daylight robbery. Apparently they need a special permit to enter an embassy. 3@1 quoted me R150 for 48 hours

I bought something online and had it posted to my nearest postnet which is the posnet in Melkbosstrand. I got an SMS saying my parcel has arrived on the 19th of February 2020, my mother has been there twice to fetch my parcel for me and your staff kept on telling her that they havent received anything yet. The person who posted the parcel for me from the postnet in Gardens phoned Melkbosstrand postnet today asking if my parcel has arrived yet and your staff said that it had. My boyfriend came to fetch the parcel today, after being told once again that its not there now explain to me how you can tell postnet in gardens that my parcel has arrived but when my boyfriend arrives you tell him that it hasnt? - my boyfriend told your staff immense amounts to please go and look again to find my parcel, because why send me an SMS saying its arrived and then all of a sudden it isnt there? Your staff eventually found my parcel after me trying to receive it from you guys since the 19th of Feb. This behavior is unacceptable, it blows my mind how your business works. I hope your staff learns from this because this makes a person furious!

Excellent service with a smile. Sometimes busy and you have to wait your turn, but it is to be expected from a busy good performing business. Keep up the good work.

Customer service by both staff and management is exceptionally poor. Told to wait in store whilst binding volumes of documents. As a professional this is unacceptable service. I cannot recommend this branch for any printing and binding.
