Fast, friendly and efficient service whenever Ive been there. The social distancing markings outside the store could be slightly better marked.

Staff are not very friendly. I arrived just before 9 to collect a package which took 2 seconds and there were three staff at the counter. One was just sitting on her phone and wouldnt help me until 9.

Make regular use of PostNet for online sales. Staff always friendly and willing to help. So far parcels sent or received all good. Can also track package which is a great function and accurate

Besides getting your package sent offI could purchase a color in book and label gum paper in units and not the full boxThe service was fast and curtious

On W|ednesday 25th March I paid an additional fee for an overnight delivery of a parcel from Kloof Postnet to Kenilworth Postnet. The parcel duly arrived the following day and was signed in by Taarique who then did nothing further. It has now been 76 days, since the parcel was first sent, several long distance phone calls to Kenilworth, four trips for the recipient, first hunting for parking and then having up to an additional hour each time in the queue, only to be told by Taarique that he cannot locate the parcel because Tiffany put it away somewhere without telling anyone where she put it. He will, however, look for it at his leisure but not right now. Come by later. This has now happened four times and in the most recent phone call, he still cannot find it and Tiffany is not in. There are not sufficient negative words in the dictionary to describe the useless incompetence of Kenilworth Postnet, especially as this was supposed to be an overnight delivery which has now taken three months and counting. The most surprising thing is that they are still in business.

Received amazing service from Tiffany, both over the phone and in person. I printed and bound draft booklet copies. Really pleased with the product and support.

Dont answer their phone tried calling 10x in one day to no avail, dont return calls, forgot my mouse there and just trying to find out if it was set aside for me to collect. Really pathetic. You guys can ma keep it.

Too slow for my liking ,been tracking my parcel since thursday and today monday around ten its been delivered ,i called them and they told they are busy sending sms to people for collection bt upto now im still waiting 6 hrs 🙄🙄🙄
