I was extremely disappointed with the colour quality. They were very helpful and eager but I had a corporate colour on my design. The test page on paper showed colours too dark and shade not right. Then he made it lighter (didnt do another test page but just went ahead to print on the card). The lighter print on card showed colours were very different to my design.I commented on the colour and they gave a story that they couldnt match it due to my design? Printers struggling to get your colour right (after youve spent hours designing)!? Shocking!

Amazing professional service helpful and goes the extra mile

Staff are always friendly, the product is always top quality. They continuously go above and beyond to assist you and to accommodate your printing needs.

I used to use these guys for everything. Now I wont go back. Too many bad experiences and bad service whereby things dont get done and there is no follow up. Walk in the door and nobody looks at you, then realize 10 minutes later that they havent even printed your items. Stay away.

Perfect place for all your printing, copies, laminating and other things. The staff are friendly and they charge fair prices.

Very poor service. The guy that helped me didnt know how to print double sided cards. He gives me the impression that he cant handle this job, its too stressful. Hilton was the guy who served me. Dont go to them. Rather pay more but get better service elsewhere.

The staff here were fabulous. They are so friendly and there is a great team vibe in the workspace. They went above and beyond for my needs. I can highly recommend this very professional organisation.

I was very ,very disappointed in Plan B today - for many reasons:1 - the man serving me was childish and unprofessional: swearing at the printers and PC because he was struggling, throwing the printing mistakes into the bin across the room, and mumbling under his breath. I felt that i was irritating him with my printing questions and requests.2 - when i asked him to cut the cards (4 cards on A4 page) he went into a flat spin, not to mention his response when i asked him to print double-sided.3 - while he was serving me, he took a phone call, raised his finger to silence me and went on with another project. then when another customer walked in, he turned his attention to him and asked what he could do for him, putting my printing project on hold.4 - when i collected the cards, and i noticed the cutting was not even, in fact some card he had cut into the text, he explained: these things happen.The only reason I went to Plan B in the beginning was because they were nearby, but after today, I think a little travel will be far worth my while!

Did not have a pleasant experience. Person helping me gave me an incorrect price so my estimation of cost was off then when it came to paying I still had to pay the full amount, although they did try bring the price down. Also felt like I was annoying the person helping me. Im very happy with the quality of my print but I feel they should specify these costs upfront, especially when my first question was how much it was to print. Gave 2 stars not 1 because they did try bring the price down.
