Absolutely useless experience I had at Posnet I practically waited 5 days fory package for which it was posted from PMB to Postnet Lakeside but my package went all the way to Stellenbosch. Only because I kept going every to query about my parcel only on the 4th day then the staff emailed CPT to find out where my parcel was, even before when I should wait for my parcels on previous packages I never got an SMS saying my parcel arrived I always had to go in store to query. Very disappointing

Although I havent used this branch for courier purposes, the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Last week I had problems printing a very important document and the assistant stayed with me 20 minutes after closing time to ensure I got my document edited and printed. Thank you so much for your patience and outstanding customer service!

Good experiences with using their services

Professional. !!

Shocking! Went there twice in two days and the two women there were irritable and had a yeah whatever attitude. Customer service is awful! While myself and another two customers were waiting, one of the staff was sitting within visibility in the backroom leaving her colleague alone.There is no free wifi facility for guests to send their print jobs, I was charged R3 for an email! (In what universe does an email cost money to receive?)When I eventually managed to send the email, I was not advised that the images were of very poor quality once received on their side, only that the images were overlapping (of which I knew because I CREATED THE DOCUMENT MYSELF!). Now I sit with 6 pages of useless images and R30 less in my back account for little more than a terrible experience and rude women.If I could give minus stars I would.I would recommend making the extra fifteen minute trek to Sunvalley Postnet instead, for friendly service and better far better staff.Hugely disappointed and rather annoyed - I know the lady ahead of me in the queue would agree-2 Rating

Great service :) friendly staff, I highly recommend them

Unprofessional and absolutely appalling service.They misquoted and mischarged me for my parcel and had me return to the shop. When I requested a refund they refused because they started cashing up a minute before. They kept my parcel and my money and made me return again a second time the next day. Worst customer service and a complete waste of time.

Avoid at all costs.Utterly unprofessional. Wasted hours trying to courier a personal cheque to the UK. Half a day, a dozen wasted phone calls, a return visit to their office and a lot of frustration later I was told that it was somehow not possible - in spite of the fact that the DHL representative with whom I spoke clearly indicated (as one would expect) that there was no issue.Save yourself time and stress and go elsewhere.
