Friendly service, best way to courier small items nationwide.

I was using Postnet since last year and I was happy when they moved closer to my place, unfortunately on Saturday, it was a disaster, theer staff were not in, only two ladies were there I dont know maybe shes a manager or the owner. When I walked in they look busier, I entered and waited for their attention. I had a page for that I needed to delete the date, the amount before printing, I gave the lady the memory stick and I showed her to only delete before printing as usual and she said I cant, I was shocked. Why she open a business like that in our neighborhood, if shes not willingly to assist people.

Staff at this Postnet was very helpful and friendly. Packages gets posted and received safely. The store was very busy but still the line moved fast and everyone was helped according to their needs. Would return again for my postal and printing needs.

The fact that I have to even give them a star worries me. I have never had to beg for service like I did with this store. Bad customer service. If bad customer service its what you prefer I totally recommend this store. Just to get a stamp done I had to beg and call and whatsapp and go to the store yerr words cant explain how disappointed I am with this store. We going on the third day still dont have the stamp!!!!

I made arrangements for a parcel to be sent to my sister in December. She has a post box at this postnet. This parcel was collected by postnet from the Table View Post Office. Parklands did not notify my sister that they had the parcel. No slip was placed in her postbox. My sister made 4 trips to postnet to check her postbox. No notification. I became concerned and rang the manager. He promised to investigate and get back to me. He did not do so. After Table View post office produced proof that the parcel was indeed at Parklands postnet was my sister able to collect her parcel. No apology from Parklands postnet. This is shameful and incompetent service.

Great service

As usual I pick up my cricket tickets atathis store. This time nonticketnonsand when i enquired was offered no assistance. I had to go home asai had no money or cell, call Ticketpros who told me they must have have mymticket, go all the way back and they printed it. Late for the game.... The other staff are great though.

I have never had a problem with there services, courier or printing... one thing i can say when they see one of the others are struggling they help each other, the only problem is the lady with the glasses, she doesnt know how to speak to her staff and need more management skills,

Sadly you have to give this a star to write a review which it certainly doesnt deserve, worst sevice evet - pay for 2 day delivery to Namibia R12 800, parcel arrives a week later and not one person from Postnet replied to my frantic messages but they banked my money! Be warned dont use them! Unless you want to be disappointed !

What a useless shop!!! Never enough staff to serve & when I asked for a price to post a very small parcel to Jhb was quoted R185.00!!!!! Never had a good experience there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
