Poor customer service. Unfortunately, theres not an option here to give no star rating. They take your money. Sell your goods to someone else, then wont give your money back, because they have policies. Really? Its your policy to take peoples money, not provide them what they paid for, then expect them to wait for you decide when you want to give their money back? Am I missing something? Leave message for the powers that be in JHB, get assured they will call you back, then they dont. Well, wow! for no customer service - 10 of of 10 TVR. Keep it up. (Just to let you know i absolutely hate having to go this route to get some response, but when you are not assisted by 3 people so far, then what else is there to do.) and all I want is our refund. not that hard - will take you guys 2minutes - I know, because i am in the industry too.
