While receiving parts late from a courier, I had to rush to Matrix Bellville at about 3pm. Arriving there at about 3.20pm, Joshua was kind enough to assist me unload the parts from my car.In pure anticipation, I phoned them at 5.30 with hopeful intent, to which Joshua confirmed that I should leave so long to come fetch my new build. Its almost done.I arrived at Matrix at about 5.55pm (just before closing time) and the team greeted me without murmuring. In fact, there was a slight technical issue that needed to be sorted out, and despite me saying they dont need to worry about it, they insisted to fix it before leaving.After staying back for 30min to help me, the technicians apologized TO ME, for keeping me waiting, and didnt charge me extra for working after hours. What an absolute pleasure!Thank you Joshua and team from the Bellville branch for your professional, quick, clean and kind assistance. Can highly recommend you after such a good experience!

Extreamly young front desk staff who never seem to give me a straight answer. The front desk guy was helping myself and another customer who came after me at the same time. Felt very unprofessional.Products and never in stock or available.I tried to get assistance on replacing a Asus charger but unfortunately I was unsuccessful.I have had a broken Asus laptop on the past - same issue, unable to assist.I went to purchase a standard SSD hard drive - they had no stock.Just not impressed and wont be coming back.

Staff knew what I wanted, had what I wanted in stock. Happy customer.

Matrix Warehouse is bang for your buck, but thats about it. Sure their staff is friendly and helpful however being helpful doesnt excuse you from not having basic products. Sold out and Special Order are becoming faded words with all their use here at Matrix Warehouse. No name brand either, just cheap Chinese imports. In fact if you want ANYTHING other than Chinese imports you will have to wait a week or two and still over-pay.Please get your act together Matrix Warehouse and actually have some products. I for one am not waiting anymore for good quality name brand products i trust instead of being mislead that the knockoff is as good as the original.This is supposed to be Matrix, not the please wait depot. 0 stars

Been shopping from them for years. Bought a keyboard from them. The staff were friendly and the branch manager helped me pick out a keyboard and was very knowledgeable on the topic. The keyboard is awesome!

Surprisingly good prices on some items. Dont write off the bricks and mortar PC stores just yet. Its still worth it to shop around for some items.The Cougar mouse bungee was R10 cheaper than one of the big online specialist PC shops so the item was cheaper and I saved on shipping and I could get it right away. Bargain!

Took my PC in to get fixed after struggling for a week to find the issue.Even though it took them 2 days to narrow down and pin-point the issue with the faulty hardware, they charged a flat rate that was extremely fair, and gave insights into potential replacement parts.All-in-all, the staff was very professional and friendly, and would be my first stop if I need any PC-related assistance again.
