Having never used Amptek, I was a bit cautious at first, especially since I was purchasing quite an expensive item. However, the staff were incredibly help full and I had my item delivered ahead of schedule. They are definitely on top of my goto tech stores in the future.

I was asked to do a review... 🤔 From the start of amptek i was always the Guinea pig... Slow delivery..... Faulty psu.. Wrong delivery adress..but lets not talk about their suplliers or the courier services that are a bit useless... AMPTEK is awesome.. Has one of the most easy to use website i have had the privilege to brows on. Plenty of new stuff being added all the time and the staff realy do have a passion for good customer service and will even hand deliver a big build to your house if they need to... RMA process is also very easy and fast.. No hasles what so ever and if they cant get you exactly the same product they will try and source something that is nearly the same or better and if there is something specific you are looking for that is not on the website, message one of the sales staff and they will source it for you and chances are it will be even cheaper than anywhere else even after shipping ...
