I took my laptop in to Cache Computers for advice on installing extra RAM and had other laptop issues. David was able to recommend a much better solution and was even able to assist me that same day by having the necessary stock on hand. When I received my laptop and started it up again, it was like a brand new laptop. The processing speed has increased dramatically and Davids knowledge of computers made my laptop a pleasure to work on now. I would highly recommend David and the company to any person/company for all IT requirements.

I have a very small businesss which is dependant on my PCs, Used to be able to afford a spare PC as backup. We are working on short time with only Mondays and Thurdays having standing orders. Monday morning one of my PCs packed up on Monday (a critical day for us). I called Cache and maybe the owner picked up the panic in my voice, but told me to bring it in immedeately, which I did, He asked me to give him an hour and he would call me back. 45min later he called me back - it was PSU and memory stick, and my PC was ready for collection. If I could give 6 stars I would. (PS, this was not the first time I have used them, they are my go-to guys when Im in trouble - never been dissapointed.Apparently I cant post new new review but only edit existing rating.What can I say: OOPS he did it again!!!! With COVID I am running my business from home, so my home PC is critically important. I was working late when our friend ESKOM did its thing and went to bed.Next morning I noticed my PCs power light was on but there no acivity-screen blank. Power everything off and on - no display. PANIC again.Back to David again who told me to bring it in inmedeately. Bottom line - video card and one ram chip fried. Problem - difficult to get spare video cards at the moment.He took my PC home that night and replaced video card with his sons PCs video card! I am sure I am not at all popular with his son. Now who goes that far to help a customer?Was up and running 9:00 the next morning!All I can say (again) is thank you, thank you. Best service ever!!!

Very good service, and very good work! I went for a CPU, Motherboard and RAM swap, and David did a great job on my Pc. It runs much better than it did before. I certainly recommend Cache to everyone that wants a repair or an upgrade done on their computer.
