Do not buy second-hand hardware from these oaks. Their warranty is a scam. Theyll say its a warranty on the hardware, but if you add anything to it or replace something cause the pc is not working, they will just tell you that the warranty is no longer valid and youre in your moer. Customer second, money first....

Very unprofessional, arrogant, dishonest, and disorganised business. The shop felt shady from the moment I walked in, and after seeing the state of the hardware being sold, which I am aware is second hand, I immediatly knew that their products would be as bad as the service. I implore all potential customers to take their business elsewhere.

Great place to get used pcs and pc parts.

I bought a monitor knowing that it was second hand, after leaving it on over night my office smelled of burning wires and there was a yellow tint to the screen. I was then given a replacement and then again noticed the yellow tint and this time the screen would flicker when the was busy. I then went to the owner to kindly ask for a refund only for the owner to look annoyed at me, not look at me in the eyes only paying attention to his phone and then say to me you must rather go buy something new cause your always going to find something wrong before giving me my refund. That is no way to treat a customer that has purchased something before and I would recommend that everyone else should rather go somewhere else.

Got the perfect laptop for work and only cost me R 2500.Very pleased with the service and all the staff were very kind and helpful.

I was looking for a hard drive to replace my broken ps4 hard drive. Not only did they recommend I rather get a ssd drive ( best decision ever) but they went out of their way to print me out info on this specific ssd as worried it wouldnt fit/be compatible. Amazing service and affordable products

The worst customer service Ive experienced. Bought a system from them , went back to upgrade but received no help with technical advice , only to be told that (by the owner himself) that he doesnt know and they only will advise on their system . To which I responded , that it was a system I purchased from them , and all he needed to do was check the sticker they put on the box. Hes response was , he doesnt know... and didnt even take the 2 seconds needed to look at it. Most disappointed but hes behaviour just reinforced the case that customer service is definitely not high on their list . Definitely will not spend another cent there and wouldnt recommend them to anyone..!

They dont take bank cards in this day and age, so I had to go and search for an ATM. Also the product sold had issues which were undisclosed resulting in me having to buy a new keyboard which didnt solve the problem.The power cable given is the overseas type which cannot be used here without buying an additional adapter.Not happy.

Great place to find good deals on refurbished PC hardware. Good prices and you can get most older components quite easily.

I was in there with my wife and kids sister.I was planing to buy x2 laptops that i had to go buy at Cash Crusaders.They only assisted the muslim family that was in there even thou i asked for help on laptops only one sales guy went out to go fetch a laptop..He only brought one laptop for the muslims ignoring us to show the family they tought had money...I had to asked 3 diffrent people for assistance with a laptop and eventualy was told the one sales guy can assist you both..They realy thought we dont have money....There service is kak i will never go there again.

2019-2020 I buy a computer for 2800 rand and a graphic card 1300 rand (6 months warranty )I play with it for month I want back there three times and then they gave me a new computer and 12 months warranty I play maybe 2 month because I only play it weekends after 8 months I went back to they the graphic card dont work he said to me that graphic card is not good knife and then he want to sell me a graphics card for 1650 rand but he did not want to get me defence for 1650-1300=350rand he said pay the full price 1650 rand and most likely know warranty and if I come back he said its something else hes a cocky

They dont accept credit/debit cards and I would not recommend going to the nearest ATM because ones chances of getting robbed is very high.
