The worst experience!! Twice1. Took my laptop to be fixed because of blue screen issue. They charged me R380 to have a look and then wanted to send my laptop to Jo burg to be fixed. I got a second opinion and it was just a loose hard drive that one can easily spot with your eyes.2. Battery issues started to happen. They charged me again R380 to tell me exactly what my diagnostics told me, replace the battery. R3400 for a new battery they said. The laptop is only one year old, so I told them if they tested the charge port and charger. Nope. I got a second opinion and they found my charger cable to be faulty. I also asked for a battery quote and that came to R1700.Worst service in a long time. And the poor guys working there are so afraid of head office, that they dont have any room to give a great service.
